For us, it is a complete solution and then some. Its developer platform offers fantastic extensions like Xapsys, seamlessly integrating CRM and planning, which has truly revolutionized our operations.

Cons

We have tried three different ISVs, but all of them had support issues and charged questionable additional fees.
