“Simplicity first!

Pros

I am really impressed by the simplicity of the app. What I find most powerful is how easily I can handle the Product Backlog. It is very much intuitive allowing me to effortlessly add new stories. I also like the convenience of filtering stories in backlogs based on tags.

Cons

When I first used this software I wasn't sure how to switch from scrum (sprint mode) to kanban. I mistakenly thought I had to start a sprint regardless. This is not a con but something I faced.

“Scrum Mate for commercial organizations and leadership teams

Pros

The UI is clear and well crafted which makes it organize tasks for both my team and myself a simple task.

Cons

Scrum Mate greatly assists me in my job and I genuinely like it. Compared to similar products I have tried Scrum Mate is more intuitive. Its design aids me in organizing business intelligence, initiating and running sprints effectively. In short have not encountered any issue so far!

“A great agile project management tool

Pros

Scrum Mate is a very simple and intuitive software with a clean and minimalist design. Thanks to its well thought out interface, our entire team quickly understand how to use it efficiently.

Cons

I would prefer to have more integration options with other project management software.

The software is so so user friendly, yet flexible enough for our diverse needs. We use the software effectively for both development and marketing management.

Cons

They introduced additional "flexibility" to teams and boards which was good but it also added a bit of complexity. Stil over the software remains a good tool overall.

“Scrum Mate thoughts

Pros

It is very easy to learn. I use the software in my day to day tasks. The GUI and logical flow are excellent and it is frequently updated with quality of life improvements and added functionality. The customer contact and feedback loop are commendable. also the integration options with platforms like Google and Dropbox are user friendly. It is very much clear that the creators deeply understand the needs of a scrum team.

Cons

In the beginning some of the features of the software may not be instantly apparent when using it on your own. However you occasionally stumble upon a feature that you didn't know existed.

“Helpful agile tool

Pros

The software mainly focuses on the most dominant agile frameworks. These are the features that caters to our specific requirements.

Cons

One thing I would like to mention is that the lack of a mobile app is noticeable (they are currently developing it - work in progress)

“Easy to use

Pros

This software knows exactly what an agile software should offer. It provides simple team management, easy sprint planning and metrics for scrum teams. Additionally the API allows us to customize it according to our specific needs, making it the perfect fit.

Cons

Even though I miss the EPIC level but the "topics" feature can fill that void adequately.

It is user friendly, easy to navigate and has a logical architecture.

Cons

I haven't been able to identify any significant downsides. I even consulted my colleagues but they didn't provide any noteworthy feedback.

Pros

It is surprisingly simple to use. Once you start working with it, everything is right at your fingertips. Creating and updating stories along with their accompanying details is an incredibly satisfying experience compared to other Scrum tools I have used. There are no unnecessary mandatory steps. you simply add what you consider important. The ability to organize stories and tasks through topics and tags provides convenient filtering options. My team is particularly fond of the GitHub integration feature.

Cons

We would surely love having an Android client for using Scrum Mate on the go (currently, it only supports iOS)

Pros

Scrum Mate flawlessly represents the agile world. It is flexible, responsive and most importantly requires no training to get started. You don't need IT assistance to use and administer it. It is extremely user friendly, stable and reliable. It is particularly effective for remote work, making it an essential tool for teams in the gig economy.

Cons

Unfortunately, there is currently no Android mobile app available (although the iOS version has been available since July 2020)

Pros

The UI of the software is sleek and uncluttered. also the drag and drop functionality makes working with this software a hassle free.

Cons

Scrum Mate is improving each day passing and on the right track. but there are still some features in Jira that I find lacking in Scrummate.

Pros

I love the way it handles teams and projects. The visual representation of tasks on the boards is fantastic. I also like its support for both SCRUM and Kanban frameworks. Overall the project is easy to navigate and well structured.

Cons

I believe Certain functionalities could use improvement such as time management, additional fields for stories and better integrations with Git or other version control systems. Overall the product is fantastic as it is but there are times it can be difficult to align with our existing software stack.

The software is very much user friendly and the visually appealing graphics enhance the overall workflow.

At times the utilization of the software can be non trivial. It was in the beginning challenging to find the working operations.

Pros

ScrumMate is the ideal tool for scrum teams. It is not a complicated system that requires days of training. It provides exactly what we need to work transparently and efficiently.

Cons

We have not found anything bad about the software so far. However Our teams requests about a feature that is an overview of work logs. Knowing the ScrumMate developer team, I am confident it will be implemented soon.
