With Shiawa we have our office management processes under control

Pros

What I like the most are: - the ticket system and its user-friendly nature - the flexibility to configure different user groups (including subtenants) within our system - the seamless integration of access management for our office.

Cons

Some functions had misleading names, which caused confusion among new service agents. We promptly reached out to support, and they immediately made the necessary changes.

Good office management software

Pros

I primarily use the travel expenses function, which is quite user-friendly and allows file attachments. Additionally, the signing process is done through digital signature which ensures a quick and hassle-free experience.

Cons

Not everything is fully compatible with mobile devices yet. Occasionally, I encounter issues where I can't switch from page 1 to page 2 and have to filter the categories instead.

The operation is highly intuitive and clear. The dashboard provides a comprehensive overview, and the ticket system functions flawlessly. The community overview is also well-designed which allows quick access to vital information about the relevant contact person.

It'squite simple and user-friendly, even without any introduction to the tool. The tool's structure is clear, and finding what you need is not a problem.

Cons

When creating a ticket, I don't have the option to directly upload a document. First, I have to create the ticket and then add the document separately.
