What I like the most are: - the ticket system and its user-friendly nature - the flexibility to configure different user groups (including subtenants) within our system - the seamless integration of access management for our office.
Cons
Some functions had misleading names, which caused confusion among new service agents. We promptly reached out to support, and they immediately made the necessary changes.

Pros
I primarily use the travel expenses function, which is quite user-friendly and allows file attachments. Additionally, the signing process is done through digital signature which ensures a quick and hassle-free experience.
Cons
Not everything is fully compatible with mobile devices yet. Occasionally, I encounter issues where I can't switch from page 1 to page 2 and have to filter the categories instead.
