“Clean and simple”
Pros
Right away, the clean and uncluttered interface made this stand out to me because I prefer tools that are simple and not confusing. It also includes everything needed to make it a valuable part of a marketing toolbox.
Cons
Honestly, I don't have any negatives to point out. I've been very happy with it overall and I keep recommending it to my co-workers.

“Everything in one place”
Pros
Having all of a company's inboxes brought together in one interface is a big advantage. It lets us manage calls, text messages, emails, calendars and many other functions from the same system which helps keep everything more organized and handled with better focus. Response times are much faster especially when support is mainly provided through email or phone and that makes a noticeable difference in daily work. It's one of the platforms I appreciate most because it allows multiple tasks and operations to be handled at the same time without needing to jump between different tools.
Cons
A more polished internal interface would make this software much better since its current design feels a bit outdated and could use a full visual refresh. Giving it a more modern and dynamic look would improve the overall experience when using it for important daily needs. It would also be a good idea to release performance updates because some of its collaborative processes feel somewhat slow and faster functionality would make the platform much more efficient.

“Email made simple”
Pros
Turning email into something that feels more like a chat app was a brilliant move. My inbox is organized by people instead of long, messy threads which makes it feel much more like instant messaging than an old-school email client.
Cons
A few of the more advanced tools still feel unfinished. I'd really like to have tagging in notes to make collaboration better and it would also help to add a call link directly into an invite, similar to Google Calendar.

“Reliable every day”
Pros
Very easy to use and it has been consistently reliable. I honestly can't recall running into a single problem with the product.
Cons
There were a couple of hiccups during the initial setup although that may well have been due to user error on my side. On the plus side, customer support responded quickly and was genuinely helpful.

“Thoughtful design”
Pros
Having everything gathered in one place makes this really pleasant to use. It lets me focus on the actual content of messages instead of digging through quoted text or long email chains that repeat files and information I already have elsewhere. I also appreciate the more modern approach. Business communication can still stay formal but things like salutations and signatures often get in the way of the point of the message. This feels aligned with how communication is shifting toward chats and blogs while still keeping that formality available in the background rather than putting it front and center. Another big plus is the semi-automatic email account setup. In most cases, it correctly identified whether I was using Gmail, Exchange or IMAP and filled in part of the server information for me or skipped the need for manual entry altogether which made adding accounts very quick. On top of that, the customer service is incredibly fast. Whenever I run into an issue, the support team is responsive, friendly, helpful and genuinely personable so I feel very well looked after which is rare these days.
Cons
It still has a few tough features and some features do not seem completely finished yet. The areas that have been less consistent for me are calendar integration, handling .ics files and invitations and the occasional failure to recognize the email address or name I am typing well enough to suggest useful matches. Even so, these feel like fairly minor issues in the overall picture and considering how young the app is, there are actually very few bugs or glitches.

“Feels like texting”
Pros
The layout is engaging and flows naturally, almost like sending text messages which makes the experience feel very simple.
Cons
There are still some app limitations especially with signatures, the .dat file issue and the lack of a proper option to send an email as an attachment.

“smarter email flow”
Pros
Email feels far less slow and tough with this because it turns the usual inbox experience into more of a chat-style messenger platform. Groups does a nice job of simplifying email threads and Notes gives everyone one place to collaborate on documents which has been really useful.
Cons
Calendar could be more powerful especially with a full view option. I'd also love the ability to open multiple windows at the same time.

“Easy to follow conversations”
Pros
Email conversations are much more manageable with the thread-style layout. It makes it very hard to overlook messages even when they're buried inside a long exchange.
Cons
Design still has room for improvement. There's also no dark mode support and you can't set default fonts or colors for composing emails.

“Chat-style inbox”
Pros
Using it feels more like chatting than dealing with traditional email which gets rid of those long thread chains and makes the interface much simpler. It works across multiple platforms and I can also manage several email accounts in one place for free, as long as they're Gmail accounts.
Cons
Email accounts for work domains like @customname.com aren't included for free and the pricing is charged per email account.

“Quick inbox cleanup”
Pros
Cleaning out old and unwanted emails takes almost no effort because the app groups and organizes messages by contact so I can delete a whole batch at once. The chat-style conversation view is also really useful since every email in a thread shows up in one continuous feed which makes it much simpler to scroll through everything instead of opening separate headers just to track down one specific message.
Cons
Honestly, the only downside is that it took me way too long to discover this app. It's been a total game-changer.

“Less email clutter”
Pros
Out of all the apps trying to improve email, this is the one that gets it right for me. Its biggest advantage is how well it cuts through the clutter in messages--quoted reply chains, oversized signature blocks and all the usual junk--and turns everything into simple iMessage-style bubbles. When you're sending messages back and forth with dozens of people, that bubble format makes it much easier to follow the conversation. And whenever you need the original formatting or the full quoted text, switching back only takes a single click.
Cons
It still behaves and feels a bit like beta software. The interface can be awkward at times, file handling isn't as capable as it is in other email clients and there's no way to move messages into folders. It also seems like some feature creep has set in as they try to monetize, with added focus on group messaging and voice or video chat.

“built for teamwork”
Pros
The messenger-style chat and priority inbox are two things I really enjoy here. They make communication feel much more efficient and being able to share documents within groups is really useful too. It comes with more built-in features than many other apps so there's no need to keep jumping between different tools since pretty much everything you need is already included.
Cons
The desktop version still feels like it could offer more features and it would be even better if dark mode were available on desktop as well.

“Messaging made easy”
Pros
This tool turns email conversations into something that feels much more like mobile instant messaging which is the part I appreciate most. Instead of showing a huge chain of earlier replies, it only displays the latest response and it also keeps track of replies for you.

Managing Gmail accounts is free but you have to pay separately for every business email account you want to manage.

“Fresh way to email”
Pros
It offers a different way to handle email by turning conversations into a chat-style interface which gives email management a fresh perspective. Another big plus is that it's free when you use it with a personal email account.
Cons
The downside is that it isn't free if you want to use it with a business email account.

“Cleaner conversations”
Pros
The way this handles email feels refreshing. It uses a chat-style interface, similar to the mobile messaging apps people are already comfortable with and that makes conversations feel much cleaner. It cuts down a lot of the clutter that usually comes with traditional email threads. On top of that, it's free for personal, non-business email accounts.
Cons
Interface could still borrow a few ideas from other email clients to make the overall user experience better.

“Better email experience”
Pros
Turning email threads into chat-style conversations was a brilliant move. Hop Email, now rebranded as it, gets a lot of things right as an email client and this design choice really stands out. It cuts through the usual clutter and makes messages much easier to read and follow.
Cons
Personal email management is still free with Hop but handling business email comes at a cost.

“keeps me organized”
Pros
This tool really helps me stay on top of everything. I get through emails much faster, I don't miss messages anymore and the snooze feature is something I really enjoy using. Searching for emails and finding attachments is also very convenient and it saves me a lot of time.
Cons
I'm still hoping they add a Send Later feature. It would also be helpful to have read-receipt notifications.

“Saves time every day”
Pros
Compared with every email client I've tested, Hop cuts down my email time the most. It runs faster than anything else I've used and the split between Priority Inbox and Other Inbox saves me a lot of time when deciding what actually matters. When other people are on Hop too, the conversation turns into real-time chat which is really useful. It also supports encrypted messages between users which is a big plus when I need to send sensitive information.
Cons
There's not much to complain about. I'd just like to see a few extra features, such as auto snoozing and location-based reminders. Other than that, this is the best email client I've used and with the desktop version coming, it looks like it'll be the top option across phone, tablet and desktop.

“Convenient email tools”
Pros
Being able to unsubscribe from emails without opening an external browser is really convenient and blocking unwanted messages is a nice bonus. The UI looks good and I also really enjoy that emails can be opened like chats. It keeps everything feeling less cluttered and sending emails is very convenient.
Cons
At this point, I honestly can't think of any downsides. I use it every day and haven't run into any problems. It has made handling my emails much simpler and more user-friendly. I'd just love to see the developer keep releasing updates with even more features.
