“Great product for forming a product backlog & visualizing customer journey with teams”
Pros
The interface is intuitive and searching within my workspace is a breeze. The cards feel authentic, and I like the two-level collapsed board view. Panning and zooming the story map works seamlessly. The keyboard shortcuts are handy. Overall, I would describe it as streamlined and enjoyable to use. They provide card counts, allow labels, collapsing and expanding, user management and an activity feed. Furthermore, I can connect my workspace to JIRA and synchronize cards between the map and the project. The updates and tone/content of the newsletter give me the impression that the team genuinely cares about delivering a fantastic product to their users.
Cons
Similar to many comparable software products, you need to upgrade to access import/export functionality or JIRA integration. It would also be beneficial to have a simpler method for sharing a snapshot of a board. Sometimes, I need stakeholders to quickly view a board without logging in and a PDF or screenshot.

“Using the product for road-mapping and stakeholder presentations.”
Pros
As a product team, it is simple to follow the flow of our work. The parent-child relationships of the cards make it easy for stakeholders and team members to define features and functionality.
Cons
It would be great to have more flexibility in how cards can be created and managed. Additionally, having more layers would be helpful.

“Saves a ton of time and frustration. Great Jira integration”
Pros
It's like sticky notes on steroids. Without a doubt, it's the best online story mapping software I have ever used. The Jira integration is incredible. I dislike creating Jira cards, so the ability to push and sync my work in StoriesOnBoard to Jira proves to be a time saving feature. Overall, it is quite easy to set up, use and modify. There are a few quirks that can be a bit annoying but overall it has been an excellent tool for me and my team.
Cons
These are specific aspects that personally bother me, but here they are. Rearranging releases could be made easier, perhaps through drag and drop. The description section of a card is not scrollable during editing so I have to use the arrow keys to see what's above or below the visible area. Adding color to a card feels a bit cumbersome. It would be better to display all available colors upfront instead of having to select them before applying a color. These may seem like minor details, but they do affect the overall experience.

“Very simple process, timely delivery, great customer service and good review.”
Pros
It's convenient, cost-effective and straightforward. There is a wide variety of products available at lower prices than retail, and they often have great sales. Amazon Prime is an excellent option for software users as it ensures satisfaction and timely delivery.
Cons
It is difficult to differentiate between name brands and imitations and assess their quality. Evaluating size and fit can also be challenging. For example, when ordering glasses that were supposed to be polarized Ray Bans, I received clearly inauthentic ones. Be cautious when dealing with non-Amazon Prime content.
