Pros
We use Flowlu for task management and mainly as a knowledge base. Articles are easy to build out and organize. We house our training materials in here as well and it's functional. For the price I would recommend.
Cons

I like that this software does it all. After reviewing and trying several other programs Flowlu was the answer because my entire business can exist in one software and has room for us to grow.
Cons
The setup process was somewhat cumbersome and took longer than expected. The most significant drawback is the tech support which lacks a real-time chat feature resulting in up to a 34-hour wait for responses through the system.

The ease of use coupled with various ways of viewing data (expenses tasks projects completion status) stands out. From Kanban to to-do lists to Gantt charts you can organize data related to tasks efficiently with just a few clicks and drags.
Cons
The extensive customization options can be overwhelming. Initially it was unclear why there were two seemingly unrelated types of projects (Projects and Agile Projects) but we later realized they are "modules" that can be activated or deactivated based on our preferences.
