Interestingly despite the wealth of tools in Flowlu it can be a bit overwhelming. However this abundance of tools is ultimately a positive aspect and no specific problems have been identified.

When it comes to managing a company Flowlu is a top choice. To-do lists projects customer relationship management managing teams tracking budgets etc. can all be managed efficiently.
Cons
Some features can be rigid and there's room for improvement in how staff considers customer feedback. These issues are relatively minor and won't significantly impact daily operations. It's akin to offering suggestions for improvement on a steep learning curve.

Pros
Flowlu is an extremely robust tool and has a lot of features that you probably don't need. I bought on a lifetime deal so for the money it works decent.
Cons
Flowlu can be a bit confusing in unnecessary areas. Development cycles are slow and certain new features seem less useful when there are core project management issues.

Cons
Comprehensive CRMs inherently have complexity. Training our consultants on Flowlu's extensive feature set took some time.

There is so much to say about Flowlu's Pros.- Client portal: I saw some cons about this missing feature but the team added this functionality so those comments should be removed because they misinform potential users.- an (almost) all-in one solution for company management- customizable: you can get to an almost white label platform (url logo and so on)- a great development team (new features added every month)- an open roadmap that you can interact with to vote for a feature or propose a new one- I saved A LOT of money since I've been using Flowlu as I was able to cancel several subscriptions to softwares due to the fact that Flowlu does so much things! Task management CRM Project management workspaces dedicated to some work units or projects (allowing me to gather all of the activities of my companies in the same software with access restrictions for each workspace) Finance (invoice/estimates recurring invoices and money (CashFlow and P&L management) automation of processes (invoicing and so on) file storage (no need for Dropbox or Google Drive anymore!) calendar custom fields and lists knowledge base for your company so that new users can have access to all of the informations you want mind maps emails and the client portal! So much features at your fingertip and I forgot a lot of others!
Cons
The only con noted is the Finance part not being suitable for French companies due to missing elements for French accounting obligations. However the team is working on French language support. Connecting the Flowlu account to a company's caldav outside of the included calendars is a desired functionality.

Pros
Flowlu's super-power is how deeply configurable the automations are. This not just covers the basics but also provides a framework to be really creative and really take the hard work out of making all customer experiences great. Everything is accessible and makes sure leads aren't lost task and project status are seen at a glance. Opportunities means that you can have different sales funnels to suit your different offers. Team collaboration is excellent - with great external client options as well.It's great that invoice can be sent out with stripe and /or paypal buttons and you can track status and have automations to trigger if a payment has gone overdue.Integration is fantastic - others that I use not listed below are Integrately and Tilda. Integrately connects everything I need - Activecampaign GroupApp Heartbeat etc etc. Endless!
Cons
Although there are minor niggles there are no show-stoppers. The mobile app could offer more and the handling of recurring tasks in the tasks module could be improved.
