Flowlu is a tool that helps small and medium-sized businesses structure their internal work providing different users with the ability to monitor the various tasks to be carried out in an updated and synchronized manner. Its CRM is well organized and allows you to integrate with many tools finding a contact is really easy and fast.I find its invoicing and invoice creation system very practical and solves most problems with an incredible saving of time. Interestingly despite the wealth of tools in Flowlu it can be a bit overwhelming. However this abundance of tools is ultimately a positive aspect and no specific problems have been identified.

Pros

When it comes to managing a company Flowlu is a top choice. To-do lists projects customer relationship management managing teams tracking budgets etc. can all be managed efficiently.

Cons

Some features can be rigid and there's room for improvement in how staff considers customer feedback. These issues are relatively minor and won't significantly impact daily operations. It's akin to offering suggestions for improvement on a steep learning curve.

Flowlu is an extremely robust tool and has a lot of features that you probably don't need. I bought on a lifetime deal so for the money it works decent.

Flowlu can be a bit confusing in unnecessary areas. Development cycles are slow and certain new features seem less useful when there are core project management issues.

I've used and managed several CRM solutions. Many CRM providers nickel and dime you. What attracted us to Flowlu was its competitive pricing and its deep and comprehensive features. Flowlu is an all-encompassing CRM solution for a fraction of the cost of its competitors.

Comprehensive CRMs inherently have complexity. Training our consultants on Flowlu's extensive feature set took some time.

The system lacks a warehouse and production details are confined to one properly branded company portal. The learning curve is steep but essential.

Given that Flowlu is relatively new there's room for improvement in invoicing contact management and third-party integrations. Despite this it works well and provides excellent value for money.

The software is a bit rough around the edges with a confusing interface and challenges in prioritizing tasks. The presence of multiple screens doesn't offer a clear dashboard for necessary work.

The system could benefit from the addition of contracts and proposals to be a game-changer. There's a sharp learning curve during the initial setup which can be overwhelming and the system is not always intuitive.

It really does everything very very well. They're improving all the time and really listen to their users. I found the interface to be super intuitive and clear.The project workflows are amazing! Task management also. I love all the feature really.

There is so much to say about Flowlu's Pros.- Client portal: I saw some cons about this missing feature but the team added this functionality so those comments should be removed because they misinform potential users.- an (almost) all-in one solution for company management- customizable: you can get to an almost white label platform (url logo and so on)- a great development team (new features added every month)- an open roadmap that you can interact with to vote for a feature or propose a new one- I saved A LOT of money since I've been using Flowlu as I was able to cancel several subscriptions to softwares due to the fact that Flowlu does so much things! Task management CRM Project management workspaces dedicated to some work units or projects (allowing me to gather all of the activities of my companies in the same software with access restrictions for each workspace) Finance (invoice/estimates recurring invoices and money (CashFlow and P&L management) automation of processes (invoicing and so on) file storage (no need for Dropbox or Google Drive anymore!) calendar custom fields and lists knowledge base for your company so that new users can have access to all of the informations you want mind maps emails and the client portal! So much features at your fingertip and I forgot a lot of others!

Cons

The only con noted is the Finance part not being suitable for French companies due to missing elements for French accounting obligations. However the team is working on French language support. Connecting the Flowlu account to a company's caldav outside of the included calendars is a desired functionality.

Pros

Flowlu's super-power is how deeply configurable the automations are. This not just covers the basics but also provides a framework to be really creative and really take the hard work out of making all customer experiences great. Everything is accessible and makes sure leads aren't lost task and project status are seen at a glance. Opportunities means that you can have different sales funnels to suit your different offers. Team collaboration is excellent - with great external client options as well.It's great that invoice can be sent out with stripe and /or paypal buttons and you can track status and have automations to trigger if a payment has gone overdue.Integration is fantastic - others that I use not listed below are Integrately and Tilda. Integrately connects everything I need - Activecampaign GroupApp Heartbeat etc etc. Endless!

Cons

Although there are minor niggles there are no show-stoppers. The mobile app could offer more and the handling of recurring tasks in the tasks module could be improved.
