“A very simple story management system. Ideal for a small starup
Pros
As a small startup, I find this tool suitable because of its simplicity and ease of use.
Cons
If you're looking for advanced features, this software may not be suitable for you. We initially started using Taiga and continued for about 8 months, but we realized it was difficult to run a full scrum project using this tool.

“My take on Taiga.io
Pros
Firstly, I like the aesthetics. Secondly, I'm impressed by how well the app keeps track of progress through its online Kanban board.
Cons
It's not that easy to learn all the functionalities of the app. Also in the beginning, the design may not seem very intuitive.

“Brilliant tool and easily customised!
Pros
I absolutely love this tool. It provides a clear overview of everything, and the real-time updates on recent changes or updates are brilliant!
Cons
I have not faced any major issues while using this product. There might be a bug because of bug but the only thing I would like to mention is that the customized box remains visible even after customization.

“Easy to use and powerful Project management tool for getting things done.
Pros
This tool is beautifully designed and quite easy to use. The mobile app is also neatly designed. I particularly enjoyed the Kanban view, which I found better than other project management tools I've come across. The customer support is great and responsive. It has significantly boosted team productivity and is easy to manage for both managers and team leads.
Cons
There are fewer customization options compared to other project management tools. The free plan only allows for 3 users in private projects. It would be better to have at least 5 users. The web panel offers more features than the mobile app. The Android app needs improvement.

“Greate software for managing a small team

“Taiga needs more time to catch up
Pros
Tiaga is simple to set up and includes all the core features needed for product management. It offers multiple strategies out of the box and provides easy ways to manage open-source projects, including tools for finding volunteers and sharing product plans. Overall, it delivers the expected functionality for a basic project management tool.
Cons
Taiga lacks advanced and suitable features that make the job easier. This includes a user-friendly Kanban-style ticketing view, extensive customization options, higher-level project management with epics and a fair price point. While it's possible to host Taiga and add customization as it is open-source, most users won't have the time or patience for this. These issues don't make Taiga impossible to use or recommend, but they can be frustrating for users accustomed to JIRA or Pivotal.

“You can manage your projects using one single application.
Pros
The team board motivates employees to achieve their targets. The KANBAN board in Taiga is a very useful feature as it provides an overview of the project's status and allows for efficient task management. The backlog offers a comprehensive summary of all project tasks, and the notifications displayed on the timeline provide insights into recent changes and actions taken by users.
Cons
The screens can feel a bit complicated. It takes time for users to adapt to the system and manage them.

“Manage the projects without the headaches
Pros
The KANBAN board is the key in managing and measuring project status. We can add ongoing project issues, and the team board provides details about team collaboration. The timeline displays notifications for all changes made by users, and by clicking on a user's name, we can access their action history. The backlog provides an overall summary of the projects and displays all tasks.
Cons
Working with different types of screens can be a little confusing. Also there are some terms that users may not easily understand until they figure them out.
