“Multi-agile tracking platform
Pros
It is very good in terms of programming and executing project or software development in an agile way with tracking graphs and a practical way to rate the development times of the tasks that complement the project.
Cons
Users can only have one role within the project and it would be better to be able to have multiple roles because those who develop a project can also be users

Pros
I use Taiga for backlog management and Scrum management, including sprints, sprint backlog, sprint task board and user story estimation.

“Project and issues management which is not time consuming
Pros
The best aspect of Taiga is its simplicity! Keeping it simple prevents it from becoming overly complex and time-consuming, unlike many other project management tools. While it offers custom attributes, if you require too many, it might become overwhelming. It's a tool meant to serve a purpose, rather than an end in itself.
Cons
The reporting functionality is a bit too basic. I need to extract meaningful information by applying filters, including custom attributes. Currently, I have to do this outside of Taiga, which can be cumbersome.

Pros
We mainly utilize it as a kanban board, and it perfectly fits our needs. It allows us to easily replicate our workflow and has saved us countless hours of management and communication, both internally and with clients. It's fast, and its usability is excellent as it minimize the number of clicks needed for actions. I highly recommend it.

Pros
Our team particularly like the color-coding function for project-related tasks in Kanban, as well as the burndown function in the scrum setting.

“Overall a vey good product
Pros
The ease of use, even for our clients, is a standout feature. We primarily use the ticket system, which is exceptional. Additionally, it runs very stably with minimal downtime.
Cons
I'm not a fan of the new pricing system where we have to pay more based on the number of members. We work on relatively small software projects, but testing on the client side often requires 6 to 8 people, which makes Taiga quite expensive. A feature-based pricing model would be much better.

“Very Good Framework - What you get out of the software is exactly what you put into it.
Pros
Switching between projects is not a problem anymore, and assigning story points is easy. The dashboard provides a convenient overview.
Cons
Manually indicating that an epic has started is necessary (it should be automatic once a task is marked in progress or complete). More guidance and best practices would be helpful. It's a challenge due to the wide variety of use cases, but having some initial guidance would be useful. Figuring out what works and what doesn't takes effort.

“The best Kanban board we have found
Pros
While all Agile tools have limitations, Taiga is the one I keep returning to. Its kanban board is the most intuitive we have found, and it is simple yet comprehensive as a product backlog.
Cons
Like with all agile tools, managing multiple teams, products and projects simultaneously is challenging. The tool works great as long as you focus on one of the three dimensions. I would like to see a burndown feature that allows me to mix and match the three dimensions freely. I haven't found a tool (besides a spreadsheet) that allows me to do that.

“Prefer Jira, Using with Third Party Vendor
Pros
At the request of one of our third-party vendors, we use Taiga for basic project management. It works well for scrum work, and we particularly like the project wiki. However, we generally prefer Jira, which we use in-house for our other development work.

It has significantly boosted team productivity and is easy to manage for both managers and team leads.

“Taiga needs more time to catch up
Pros
Tiaga is simple to set up and includes all the core features needed for product management. It offers multiple strategies out of the box and provides easy ways to manage open-source projects, including tools for finding volunteers and sharing product plans. Overall, it delivers the expected functionality for a basic project management tool.
Cons
Taiga lacks advanced and suitable features that make the job easier. This includes a user-friendly Kanban-style ticketing view, extensive customization options, higher-level project management with epics and a fair price point. While it's possible to host Taiga and add customization as it is open-source, most users won't have the time or patience for this. These issues don't make Taiga impossible to use or recommend, but they can be frustrating for users accustomed to JIRA or Pivotal.
