Easy to use and friendly experience

Pros

The interface is user-friendly, making the navigation hassle-free and providing a pleasant experience. The overall ease of use is what I value the most about this product.

Cons

I used the free version of the software throughout the trial period but decided not to switch to premium due to its high price.

Makes working with clients actually easy

Pros

I really like that how easily I can use it and get my customers to use it as well.

Cons

One downside is that it's relatively unknown to many at the moment, which puts off some of my customers since they haven't heard of it. But I am confident that will change in the future.

A fantastic Tool

Pros

It's simple to use and involves the client which eliminates the chances of any miscommunications. The ability for clients to provide direct feedback to the entire team saves time and prevents misunderstandings.

Cons

It can be a bit challenging to get used to having clients input their comments. Your team needs to be mindful of when they comment publicly versus setting it to private for the team.
