Everything is documented, so Taskboard keeps my clients informed as well!
Pros

Its saved me a lot of time. Working with clients can be difficult, but this tool makes even the most difficult clients easy to work with. Everything is documented, and they have a clear picture of whats happening, so Im not spending time during the day or evening delivering updates on whats happening! Its easy to use for my clients and me, so there are no misunderstandings. The ability of a client to provide direct input to a full team saves a lot of time and miscommunication. It increases project efficiency in some cases.

Cons

Initially, it was a bit difficult having a client constantly be able to add comments and interfere with what they did not know about. We had to take some extra steps to train our team so that they are always aware of when they are working publicly (in front of the client) and when it is set to private for the team. Thanks to this, we have a greater level of control, but I would appreciate it if the software figured out another simpler way to do it.

It is very flexible and allows team members to be creative.
Pros

I found TB to be very flexible. We are not limited to using certain tools for a particular task. Many tasks can be accomplished in multiple ways, opening up a lot of space for creativity. We have been able to achieve practically anything. The developers provided excellent help, responding swiftly and efficiently to our questions and concerns. We used to love the old chrome extension, but they have recently expanded and made it a proper system that now does even more than I need.

Cons

It is great that all the bills are handled automatically, and I can generate the invoices on the spot, but they are not in the format I need. Id prefer to see USD invoicing since 99% of my clients are US based, and even those that do not prefer to work in USD. With the overlay, the smartphone experience is a little weird, but its simple enough to get used to. If the team made that one change in invoicing, itll be the perfect software ever.

Reduces our workload while keeping all clients synced.
Pros

Taskboard is great at handling data and organizing it perfectly. I like automating the pace at which data is shared with the clients once we submit the required information. They may work at their own pace and are unaffected by our time zone differences. It reduced the delays that used to occur when I forgot to post content to a certain Facebook group in the morning. All my clients are in sync with me now, and its never been easier.

Cons

I want to give my clients more flexibility to select the number of days (in whatever order) theyd like to receive the content. It could be either Monday to Friday or seven days a week. It would also be wonderful if the client could pick whether or not the next day flowed into their board if the previous day was not completed. It all would make my work even easier to manage and more organized.

Exceptionally UserFriendly and Intuitive Design
Pros

I found the tool's user interface and responsiveness to be truly impressive. Everything was logically organized and felt instinctively easy to navigate. It significantly aided me in maintaining focus while undergoing a LinkedIn training and development course.

Cons

While I'm somewhat limited in my assessment due to the relatively short period of usage I can't identify any noteworthy bugs or issues. My experience is based on completing just one project over the course of a month. The only potential drawback I perceive is that given the variety of existing todo apps I already use incorporating this tool might contribute to app overload.
