“Everything is documented, so Taskboard keeps my clients informed as well!
Pros
Its saved me a lot of time. Working with clients can be difficult, but this tool makes even the most difficult clients easy to work with. Everything is documented, and they have a clear picture of whats happening, so Im not spending time during the day or evening delivering updates on whats happening! Its easy to use for my clients and me, so there are no misunderstandings. The ability of a client to provide direct input to a full team saves a lot of time and miscommunication. It increases project efficiency in some cases.
Cons
Initially, it was a bit difficult having a client constantly be able to add comments and interfere with what they did not know about. We had to take some extra steps to train our team so that they are always aware of when they are working publicly (in front of the client) and when it is set to private for the team. Thanks to this, we have a greater level of control, but I would appreciate it if the software figured out another simpler way to do it.

The software have multi-board feature, but it never functioned well for me.
Cons
I enrolled in the premium trial which indicates that I was a premium member, but unfortunately I never gained access to the premium features.

“It is very flexible and allows team members to be creative.
Pros
I found TB to be very flexible. We are not limited to using certain tools for a particular task. Many tasks can be accomplished in multiple ways, opening up a lot of space for creativity. We have been able to achieve practically anything. The developers provided excellent help, responding swiftly and efficiently to our questions and concerns. We used to love the old chrome extension, but they have recently expanded and made it a proper system that now does even more than I need.
Cons
It is great that all the bills are handled automatically, and I can generate the invoices on the spot, but they are not in the format I need. Id prefer to see USD invoicing since 99% of my clients are US based, and even those that do not prefer to work in USD. With the overlay, the smartphone experience is a little weird, but its simple enough to get used to. If the team made that one change in invoicing, itll be the perfect software ever.

“Reduces our workload while keeping all clients synced.
Pros
Taskboard is great at handling data and organizing it perfectly. I like automating the pace at which data is shared with the clients once we submit the required information. They may work at their own pace and are unaffected by our time zone differences. It reduced the delays that used to occur when I forgot to post content to a certain Facebook group in the morning. All my clients are in sync with me now, and its never been easier.
Cons
I want to give my clients more flexibility to select the number of days (in whatever order) theyd like to receive the content. It could be either Monday to Friday or seven days a week. It would also be wonderful if the client could pick whether or not the next day flowed into their board if the previous day was not completed. It all would make my work even easier to manage and more organized.

Pros
As an executive assistant, coordinating meetings can be quite challenging with busy leaders. This tool helps me quickly determine meeting dates and times.
Cons

“It really is a Doddle!
Pros
Task Board is a very user-friendly, and its functionality was perfect for our needs. The user interface design was easy to navigate, to the point that no training was necessary. This meant we could focus on completing tasks instead of spending hours figuring out how to use it.

Pros
I enjoyed the user interface and the tools responsiveness. Everything was logically placed and instinctive. I didn't have to ponder.
Cons
For dislikes or improvements I can't tell or say what sould be done by the team as I haven't used it enough to find any bugs or issues. I have only completed one project over a month with it. The only drawback I can think of is that I already have numerous different apps for managing to-do lists, and adding another one to the mix can be overwhelming.

I used Doddle for the first time to attend a course I had registered for. Initially, I had concerns about using a new platform without any training, but it turned out to be surprisingly easy to use. The platform sends notifications to your inbox, guiding you when something new is happening and the simple layout makes it easy to understand where you are in the workflow. The visual design is clear, uncluttered and well-organized. I genuinely enjoyed using it!

It would be great to have a brief demo during the initial use, highlighting any important features for new users.

Pros
I enjoyed the interaction with my trainer/mentor, who could post tasks through the channel and populate my to-do list. I simply action them, and I really like this approach. It works exceptionally well for managing remote teams. I can definitely see it being useful for future projects and training development work with my clients.
Cons
So far, I haven't encountered any problems. Fingers crossed as it will stay the same in the future too!

Cons

The feature I like the most is the Kanban-style structure that allows moving tasks from "in progress" to "done." It gives a sense of progress and accomplishment while also showing what is remaining. Having the chat function on the main page makes it convenient to communicate with the host, as everything is in one place.
Cons
It wasn't as easy to use on a mobile device because there is a lot of content on the screen, resulting in very small text.
