“Easy and "straight to the point" planning

Pros

The interface is clean and it easily adapts to schedule changes. The seamless integration with my calendar, including my holidays and the convenience of email notifications were exactly what I needed.

Cons

I can't really compare it to other "project/employee scheduling" software since I have never used any, but from my perspective as a simple "employee the tool did what it was meant to do. There were occasional moments of slowness but a significant software update resolved the issue.

Customization is a so simple with Teambook and the interface is user-friendly. The support team is also very helpful.

Cons

The product's updates sometimes caused problems with our internal synchronized systems but as I mentioned before, their support team is incredibly helpful and always ready to assist.

It is not the most intuitive to use. Could be more user-friendly.

it is simple and straightforward. Managing tasks and hours is easy and there is no significant learning curve which makes it accessible to non-technical individuals also the visuals and interface are sleek and not cause any sort of confusion. This makes it easy to understand the different functionalities, their locations and how to use them.

When there are too many users, it can become a bit slow.

It's user-friendly and data can be easily modified using it.

It would be better if we received notifications whenever someone made changes to someone elses booking data.

What stands out to me about Teambook is the exceptional clarity in viewing the activities of the entire team. Switching between users to set up projects and activities together is effortless. It also provides insights into billable hours for projects. Additionally, my team can check their schedules online and receive reminders for appointments, which is fantastic.

Cons

The main drawback of the software may be its mobile interface. It's not easy to scroll and get a good overview on mobile devices. However, it works great on computers.

There are a few features missing that would simplify the workflow when working on multiple projects.

The simplicity, visibility and ease of use are commendable. Having access to the API is also valuable.

It lacks the ability to export to Excel and the reporting features are too basic.

It's easy to use whether you have to create an account or setting up projects. Sharing plans with colleagues or customers, getting an excellent overview of the staff and effortlessly scheduling different colleagues on different days are all made simple with Teambook.

Cons

It seems complicated to make mass modifications to the planning and delete a whole week of tentative bookings for an employee. I didn't personally handle the financial aspect but a colleague mentioned that it lacked certain information or that the export function wasn't powerful enough.

Pros

Teambook is user-friendly for various individuals, including end-users, project managers and managers. It is easy to create new plans, add new users and projects. Also the visual nature of the tool is highly beneficial. Furthermore, its integration with calendars is smooth.

Cons

If you have a large team and want to display everyone, the upload process can take time if you don't use the filters.
