I like the seamless integration with calendars like Google and iOS as it improves my weekly planning. Being able to identify gaps in commitments greatly helps in resource management. The simplicity of creating new tasks and projects is also noteworthy and I particularly enjoy the drag & drop functionality and the overall appearance.

Cons

Without a doubt, one of the major drawbacks is the price. Yes the software is complex and benefits in so many ways still I found it to be quite expensive. There were a few minor bugs too but they weren't bothersome.

The installation process is very smooth and the software is intuitive. It has all the essential features and is developed by individuals who truly understand the details of running a business. I love the synchronization that automatically adds employees schedules to their calendars.

Cons

It's important to note that Teambook doesn't cover everything like project planning and timesheets. Tools that try to do everything aren't as effective when it comes to team booking.

I am genuinely happy with how fast and effortless it is to work with Teambook. It fulfils its purpose of project and capacity planning and that too in an exceptional manner.

Currently, it lacks some features but we have a great connection with their support team and occasionally request new features.

The product offers a user friendly interface that allows easy navigation which allows our company to efficiently manage project time.

Cons

There were certain features that needed to be customized to our specific company. It is when we contacted the support team and serve us excellently. They were quite eager to assist which makes the process quite smooth.

It is very easy to use and install. And also the customer service is also very welcoming and friendly.

Since their support team is based in Europe and we are in Australia, there have been occasional slight delays in their responses. However their support team is exceptional!

The visual drag & drop feature helps in a quick task setup and bulk editing of tags. This is something that ensures the right people are assigned to projects. The integration with GCal and the inclusion of team KPIs are highly beneficial.

Cons

Adding a feature for reporting on team KPIs via email or Slack would be a valuable addition.

I genuinely love how simple finally the transition is Excel to proper time planning.

Honestly, there is not much to complain about. There may be some minor issues but Teambook resolves them quickly.

There is no need for any configuration and the planning view is quite spacious. Navigating through the software is very much simple all thanks to its clear and modern user interface.

Time tracking is not available, and there is no reconciliation between the planning and time tracking tools.

From my perspective, we get precisely what we need. It is an application that allows high-level planning. To be fair I haven't encountered any issues.

The only drawback is that it only offers planning features although they are well integrated with our other tools.

The scope of Teambook is still somewhat limited. It would have been great to see it expand into a complete PSA (Professional Services Automation) solution.

The ease of use, clean user interface and drag and drop functionality are notable aspects.

There were a few bugs, no email alerts and the lack of a grey toolbar on mobile (even after switching to desktop view). Occasionally, changes were not saved and the bookings were not sorted by start time.

It's not a disadvantage of the software but in larger companies there is always a competition with other software solutions.

As a small team with numerous ongoing projects and a combination of office-based and remote employees, Teambook is a software that saves a lot of time of ours. We are particularly fond of the calendar feature and the mind blowing tags.

There isn't much to complain about the software. Sometimes, beta features may not be stable but that's expected since they are in the beta phase.

This section doesn't apply to me but I would suggest not to enforce a minimum number of characters in the survey. It can be a bit annoying.

As a solo entrepreneur, having a free application like Teambook is incredibly beneficial for me. It allows me to efficiently schedule various operations throughout the week. In short Teambook does an exceptional job in every manner for me.

To be honest, everything is going well. Perhaps some minor improvements to the mobile app would make it perfect.

The integration with calendars and the Planner filters are features I like the most. Previously, we depend on on Excel sheets for planning but now with Teambook, planning has become quite efficient and hassle-free. Considering its affordable price, this tool offers a lot of fantastic features.

We experienced minor bugs a few months ago, but now everything seems to be working fine.

Pros

I am a big fan of Teambooks integration with Google Calendar. Additionally, the "My Week" page is all I need to quickly review my plans for the week on Monday mornings.

Cons

There was a bug on the 'My Week' page that caused me to lose comments assigned to bookings. But everything was swiftly fixed within a day. So, it wasn't a major issue.
