Pros
I genuinely like this tool for our projects. It is easy to use and has helpful features for project tracking. The setup and use flows smoothly and intuitively.
Cons
It would be beneficial to have a separate space for future goals and performance appraisals. Custom fields may provide this functionality, but I haven't had a chance to explore it yet.

Pros
The interface is quite elegant and has a modern design. It is easy to set up and use. Also the pricing is fair. It offers a wide range of features which includes resource scheduling, leave management, time tracking and availability management.
Cons
Having more integrations would be advantageous.
