As a small office, we rely on Teamup as our shared calendar. It is great to be able to see everyone's schedules and easily schedule anyone at any given time. I also like the feature that allows me to select an individual's calendar without having to go through everything else constantly.

As our team expands, it becomes very difficult to find distinct colors for the calendar. If the colors are too similar, it's hard to quickly identify which calendar belongs to whom.

We rely on Teamup on a daily basis. In my opinion tts simplicity and robust features make it one of the leading calendar companies in the industry. The affordable price point was also a significant advantage for us, making the decision to switch to them easy. We haven't regretted it since!

There are times when the features within the app can be difficult to find as they are buried within layers of settings. There are some quirks that I wish it could do, simple things that other calendar apps offer as standard.

Sometimes you need an information regarding individual events quickly and easily but process become complex depending on whether I viewed it from the computer or a device. As both function differently.

The mobile app is a bit messy. It's not as user-friendly. I believe it could be improved.

Our company transitioned from Google Calendar to Teamup approximately 2.5 years ago, and since then we are very happy with the switch. I like that we each have assigned colors and can access everyones schedule, especially since some travel is required for the position. The mobile app is a bonus as it allows us to view our calendar on the go. The individual code ensures the privacy of our schedules.

I'm not fond of how finicky it can be with repeating events. I feel like I always make mistakes when setting those up.

TeamUp is incredibly user-friendly, even for more complex scheduling tasks. Even the free version offers a wealth of features. Also I love the ability to schedule up to 8 users simultaneously, and the iPhone and Android apps work flawlessly without any glitches.

The month and 8-week view might seem a bit complex initially. Additionally, the daily agenda is not as helpful as it could be. I would really like the addition of a clock in/out feature in a future version.

It is great that multiple people can access and make changes to the calendars. All our employees have it on their computers.

There are so many features offered through TeamUp that I absolutely love! Creating a schedule for our entire team is quick and easy, and making edits is also unproblematic. The ability to create repeating items is a fantastic feature. Moreover, being able to share the calendar online and grant access to the entire team is quite helpful. Ever since we started using TeamUp, life has become so much easier!

There might already be an option for this, and I might have overlooked it, but I would prefer more color choices.

The scheduler view is something that mainly standout to me. Seeing everyone's court dates side by side is also fantastic. It allows us to easily track people's whereabouts and share information like location, the judge, and more. We previously used iCloud, which didn't offer easy access to the calendar for everyone.

I love that it is multi-user and syncs instantly. It is also great that I can add events to other people's calendars, as we have many clients coming and going, and we need to meet them all over town. This calendar allows the entire team to keep track of each other and their case loads, ensuring no appointments are missed.

Phone application can be a bit finicky. I've noticed that in areas with poor service, even when connected to Wi-Fi, it doesn't always sync properly. But overall, it works great!

It works well for our small team. We can easily see our own schedules and what others are doing. I like that I can assign multiple people to an appointment. The notes section is useful, and I can even add an address that I can open on my phone's GPS using the app.

Some of the color options are too similar, and we've noticed that different people see different colors on their screens compared to what I initially assigned to them. There have been a few instances when the site was down, which was inconvenient.

Logins based on URLs that are unique but can be easily misplaced. The GUI is very basic and could be enhanced to look more appealing and be more practical.
