This system proves to be highly valuable in scheduling work for our engineers, and they have the ability to attach documents to their assigned tasks.

Cons

It would be better to have the option to flag a scheduled day to indicate if the documents have been viewed, rather than having to check each one individually.

Pros

I am really impressed with how intuitive it is to use. Anyone can easily pick it up and start using it. Our engineers find it very appropriate and it allows us to closely monitor work bookings and the progress of completed tasks. The engineers can easily upload pictures and forms to a centralized location which is readily accessible by our back office staff.

Cons

The only drawback I have is that the amount you can upload to each job could be higher. However, I believe we can have this option if we upgrade our current subscription.

Pros

It's quite user-friendly and simple to use. It's perfect for planning ahead and allows us to attach job tickets, plans and material delivery notes to our daily/weekly calendar for each specific task.

There is nothing I dislike about using TeamUp. It's a very simple and competent tool.

Setting up this product is not a problem, and we never experience any glitches. It's accessible from various locations. We use this app as a means of communication between our salespeople on the showroom floor and those conducting outside estimates. When we are at a client's home, we can easily open the app to check our availability and see who is scheduled to cover the showroom. The search function is fantastic, and it even provides automatic links to maps when an address is added to the calendar. Once you understand the permissions and other features, there are endless ways to customize your team's calendars. We utilize it for multiple stores as well.

The ease of use and clarity it provides for employees and schedulers are remarkable. Although we have another platform with a calendar, we have chosen to stick with Teamup because it truly works for us and has a more visually appealing interface.

The web interface is highly intuitive and offers a wide range of features. Whenever I need to perform a new task, Teamup always has all the function I'm looking for. I love that I can color-code my company's schedule based on different team members activities. The customizable user profiles are also a fantastic feature. I allow my administrators to edit events while limiting my technicians to viewing events only. The transition to the phone app is seamless and easy to follow. I also like the ability to tap on an address in the phone app and have it immediately load directions on Google Maps. The option to add custom fields is also highly helpful.

Cons

There is not much to dislike about Teamup. The main drawback is that the more features you want, the higher the cost. For instance, attaching pictures or documents to an event requires an upgraded plan. That being said, it's still reasonably priced.

One fact I like the most is the calendar as it is easy to read and manage, and that my entire team can stay informed about events on any given date.

It's a bit challenging to set up. I wish there was an instructional guide for adding someone and what are the steps involved. Because I always forget.

Quite user-friendly and simple to set up. It's accessible online and can be used on cellphones with seamless integration. It's fantastic for setting up meetings, reminders, deadlines, birthdays, and more. I'm very much impressed with it, and I use it daily. Additionally, everyone else in the office can see what's planned, which is a great benefit.

There's not much I don't like. I haven't come across anything yet that doesn't do what I want. I'm very pleased with it.

I wish there was a better feature for exporting the monthly calendar into PDF format. Currently, part of the month gets cropped off, and you can only export one month at a time.

Firstly, it is easy to use. Secondly we can customize the color coding, which makes it easy for us to distinguish between events. Laslty, sharing it with our team across multiple locations is a also simple task now. I highly recommend it!

I haven't found anything that I don't like yet. I was searching for a solution, and I'm thrilled to have found TeamUp. We will continue using this program!

Pros

Learning this software is not a problem even a tech savvy person can grasp everything within no time. Another thing I like is that I can use it on my phone or computer to book time for equipment or other shared resources. If I want to keep track of an event, I can easily share it with my own calendar.

Cons

It can be a bit cumbersome to have multiple calendars provided by different admins. I haven't figured out how to integrate it smoothly into my own calendar. When I "share" the event and it opens in Google Calendar, it creates a new event. So if there are changes in the Teamup calendar, they don't reflect in the Google calendar. Additionally, if users aren't allowed to edit, you can't even fix a mistake in a post (like the wrong time or title). It would be helpful to have a window where you can make corrections before it is locked in.

Pros

Teamup is quite useful software for both athletes and parents, especially those familiar with Google Calendars. I like that I can use the app to track sports schedules for both my children during little league season. Also the ability to color code each team and selectively view relevant teams on the calendar was very helpful. Having constant access to the schedule was perfect and syncing it with my regular Google Calendar was beneficial.

Cons

This software is simple and easy to use. I didn't have any uncertainties about it! It fulfilled its purpose. Other similar apps may have more functionalities, but if you simply need to track sports schedules, this tool is excellent.

Teamup was an excellent choice for the scheduling needs our small business. The schedule can be set up in various views (daily, weekly, monthly, etc.) and it is color-coded by individual employees. The learning curve was practically nonexistent as the software is not complex or confusing in any manner. Each item on the schedule can have pictures, documents and notes attached for easy reference.

Cons

Few issues i would like to mention. Well the software doesn't integrate with some of our other business software as seamlessly as Google Calendar or alternative options. While TeamUp excels at scheduling and as it is made for this. It needs to be used alongside other software solutions, but it fails to do so and it is a drawback.

I have been using TeamUp for quite a while now, and I find it incredibly easy to use. It's really useful for coordinating within teams across different locations and planning marketing activities. It offers user-friendly options to populate the calendar and differentiate between campaigns.

I don't really have any problems with the tool so far. There's a minor inconvenience, though as when you scroll on the smaller side calendar to another month, you still need to click on a date for the larger calendar to change as well. It would be nice if it happened automatically.
