The interface is clean and refreshingly to the point without any unnecessary frills or clutter which is exactly what I really needed. It keeps the focus on functionality and ease making every task simple and efficient without distraction. It�s designed to help you work not to get in the way.

Cons

Honestly I haven't come across any drawbacks. It consistently does a solid job logging how much time I spend on each task so I haven't had any complaints.

I really appreciate that this software runs consistently well across desktop, mobile and the browser. Having full, reliable access across all my devices is a very helpful feature that keeps me productive and connected whether I�m at my desk or on the go.

There were a couple of times when I noticed it completely missed or deleted a time entry I had created. It only happened once or twice and I think it might have been due to a weak Wi-Fi connection.

My one frustration is that it forces me to enter an hourly rate per person only, rather than letting me set rates per project. That setup falls short when team members bill different rates depending on the project. I'd really appreciate an option to assign a specific hourly rate for each person on each project.

Honestly this program is super user-friendly and I picked it up really quickly. Learning the ropes didn't take long at all. It fits exactly with what I needed it to accomplish. My favorite part is the Timecard function since it simplifies tracking for anyone who needs to log their hours.

Overall I find it to be dependable software. The initial setup was more challenging than I expected and required some patience. However after everything was configured it ran flawlessly for me.

Although I'm not the one paying I still think that at this cost it should really include more features than what's currently provided.

Because I freelance, tracking billable time per job is essential and I'd be totally lost without this tool. What really makes my life easier is the Chrome extension that lets me start and stop the timer in one click without switching apps or opening a new window. Honestly it's been a complete lifesaver for me!

If I'm looking to unlock extra capabilities like managing additional projects or similar advanced features, I'll likely need to upgrade to a higher-priced plan which costs more. From my perspective though, the pricing still feels reasonable and aligns well with other time-tracking tools I've compared on the market.
