“Convenient mobile app
Pros
The mobile app is incredibly convenient as it is genuinely easy to handle and navigate right from my phone. Best of all it makes calculating and adjusting budgets feel simple and painless giving me full control over our finances no matter where I am. It's organized without sacrificing any of the essential functionality.
Cons
I wish the timer would allow me to adjust previous time entries. It's not a dealbreaker but it's an easy issue to address.

Pros
I've found the software to be extremely simple and it was easy to set up without any hurdles. It cut out wasted time and eliminated unnecessary events since everything feels organized and scheduled in advance. Installing their phone app made tasks much easier and more efficient which helped deliver solid results. As a result my brand has become more recognized and noticeably improved.
Cons
Haven't faced any issues so far and I'm genuinely pleased with the experience.

Pros
It links with other apps effortlessly and fits into my workflow really well. My time management has overall gotten better which has made my personal life more enjoyable because I get things done at the right moments without sacrificing other parts of my day. Exporting time logs is simple which makes invoicing easy and doable.
Cons
It is remarkably powerful and quick in everyday use. From my perspective the advantages far outweigh any minor drawbacks and I honestly can't point to anything I dislike about it since its performance consistently meets my expectations.

Cons

“simplified my workflow
Pros
I simply choose the project and the relevant task, then enter how much time I spent and add a short note about it and it's finished. After that I review the reports to find out how many hours each resource has logged on every project. Couldn't be simpler than that.
Cons
I haven't come across any real drawbacks yet. I do think though that adding a feature to bulk import multiple time entries from a TXT file into the system would be very useful.

“Can create monthly recurring time budgets
Pros
What I really like is that I can organize several projects beneath a single client and I also appreciate being able to set monthly recurring time budgets for each project individually that works for both active projects and those I've left open.
Cons
It doesn't integrate smoothly with a lot of other services when that's necessary. For example bringing the information into data-management tools so I can view and manipulate the data on dashboards feels complex or limited.

I feel like it genuinely keeps me focused by cutting out distractions and organizing my workflow cleanly. On top of that it�s refreshingly easy to use and remains cost-effective so I get clarity, simplicity and value all in one tool. It feels purpose-built for productivity without the premium price tag.

“Outstanding visual elements with easy reporting capabilities.
Pros
Tick is extremely modern and has the most amazing UI ever! We all appreciate how easy it is to use and love the experience. We can have multiple timers on running multiple devices in perfect harmony. The easy reports provide us with fast views of our essential data, and the CSV export allows us to dump data rapidly into Excel for more extensive analysis as needed. The low cost of unlimited users allows us to install Tick throughout our organization without breaking the bank. It is a great solution overall.
Cons
We use Tick to manage all our clients and their respective projects, but that can be a bit limiting regarding what can be done with the software. It requires careful planning, which adds a bit extra time, but ultimately, it plays out in our favor. Ticks versatility would be enhanced if it could be grouped with a project at the sub-project or work pack level. The permissions structure (essentially, Admin with access to everything everywhere or User with only personal timesheet access) is adequate. However, there are some circumstances where a type role would be far superior.

Pros
It helps improve planning and developing projects, lets me manage time and adapt schedules to set delivery dates and makes sure tasks are finished on time
Cons
Because the price is very high my small company can't afford it and I found learning and adapting to the system is extremely difficult and takes a lot of time to master. Recording start or completion times is done manually so if anyone forgets I cannot get accurate time limits

“Smart software that breaks down tasks into subcategories to track time.
Pros
There are many reasons to like this software, but one of the major ones is that Tick allows you to monitor time to projects by breaking it down into as many subcategories as you need to cover all aspects of that project. You can examine a time breakdown and ensure you allocate the appropriate time to each day/week/project. It also allows you to create time budgets that you can track. It has made my working experience so pleasant that work does not annoy me as much as it used to before Tick.
Cons
The reporting tool can be extremely time-consuming, and it drives you mad when you have a huge workload. I wish it would automatically export to Excel or a spreadsheet format rather than a long list, as it will reduce the overall time spent getting one task done. It will also build a "shortcut" menu based on your recent entries, so you dont have to wade through all the projects/tasks to find the one you need to enter time into. However, I wish the shortcut menu could be customized how I want rather than auto-generated.

“Not the best but still better than most of the competition
Pros
I can keep track of time spent on projects, divided down into as many sub-categories as I want since I want to cover each and every aspect of that project. It also allows us to quickly check how our time is being spent and make sure we’re allocating the proper amount of time to each day, week, and project. I also use it to define time budgets that can be monitored.
Cons
Reporting is the one feature that breaks the experience for me. I wish Tick would automatically convert to Excel or basically a spreadsheet-like document, as opposed to a long list. There’s a handy shortcut menu to help but it is automatically generated with no way to customize it.

What I find most valuable about it is how it helps me organize projects and efficiently keep track of their deadlines. Honestly that's the feature I like the most.
Cons

This has been a fantastic tool for coordinating with my team and clients when I'm on photoshoots. As a photographer who frequently juggles different props and collaborates with hairstylists, makeup artists and retouchers, I rely on it to plan and structure sessions. The app makes it simple for me to create task lists, assign responsibilities and monitor how things are progressing. I can set deadlines, ping team members about specific events, list required props and remind everyone when the shoot begins. Clients also get easy access to the schedule and can pick or confirm times that work for them. Overall it takes a big chunk of logistical stress off my plate so I can concentrate on bringing the creative vision to life and making clients happy
Cons
For very complex projects or when I'm managing a big team with many participants I've found it's feature set can feel a bit lacking. It works great for smaller crews and simple shoots but on large-scale productions there are some capabilities I wish were built in to handle the added complexity.

“Very convenient to use.
Pros
I have utilized Tick in various jobs and have a good grip. When I opened up my healthcare facility, Tick was the first software I implemented in my office, and it has been very convenient so far. The option to clock in and out from any location is especially convenient. I appreciate that I can note the difference between real examination times versus expected times and any extra time spent. It has a simple mobile style that’s fairly easy to follow and view, and it is also simple to use on a laptop.
Cons
Our internet connection is very spotty and has resulted in a lot of frustration for all my employees, resulting in a lot of time spent trying to boot up the app. It relies heavily on network strength, and the slightest dip in the connection quality means the app will stop working. Also, we must constantly stop to ensure our clock is loaded, which is inconvenient when in session with a patient. Compiling time to submit at the end of the week is also inconvenient, as it requires clicking through many menu panels.

I really like how simple and modern this tool is. It's easy to use, feels convenient and gets the job done. I can monitor time across multiple devices which makes tracking hours for project tasks extremely helpful.
Cons
Right now I don't see any major flaws in the software. The team rolls out updates regularly and I can tell they're actively working on improvements because you can watch the progress over time.

Pros
To keep tabs on how much time I spend on various tasks I depend on this software every day. Since I sometimes work remotely it's essential for me to log the hours dedicated to each project. If I didn't have Tick I'd feel pretty lost.
Cons
I find the pricing a bit on the high side. To access additional capabilities, I have to spend extra cash which feels pricey.
