My experience revolves around using this tool for PTO/Vacation tracking. It is user-friendly, offering clear summaries of each person's usage and easy setup for company holidays.
Cons
Occasionally, there might be a glitch with exemptions or carry-over amounts, but the TimeOut team promptly addresses any questions I have. Usually, it turns out to be a user error.

I find it incredibly user-friendly and straightforward to use.
Cons
One thing I dislike is the accrual process where the system accrues first and then deducts vacation taken. For instance, if an employee maxes out on their PTO and wants to use it on the last day of the month, the system won't accrue additional PTO because it deducts vacation taken first, halting accrual for the month.

Pros
Requesting time off and tracking different types of leave is a breeze with this program. It's also convenient to monitor usage and available days.
Cons
It glitched a couple of times and would not allow me to select my time off by hours instead of days, but after exiting and re-entering, it worked. I wish it could display the year by hire date rather than all years. Also, waiting for supervisor approval can sometimes be problematic.
