“Timepot is the Perfect Tool for Our Needs”

Pros

My experience revolves around using this tool for PTO/Vacation tracking. It is user-friendly, offering clear summaries of each person's usage and easy setup for company holidays.

Cons

Occasionally, there might be a glitch with exemptions or carry-over amounts, but the TimeOut team promptly addresses any questions I have. Usually, it turns out to be a user error.

“Great for users, not great for data collection”

Pros

I appreciate this app's simplicity for basic tasks; it efficiently fulfills its purpose.

Cons

I wish there was an administrative feature to filter and organize time out for each employee according to my needs. When I retrieve information, I have to reorganize it by copying and pasting into Excel, then applying filters.
