My experience revolves around using this tool for PTO/Vacation tracking. It is user-friendly, offering clear summaries of each person's usage and easy setup for company holidays.
Cons

I wish there was an administrative feature to filter and organize time out for each employee according to my needs. When I retrieve information, I have to reorganize it by copying and pasting into Excel, then applying filters.
