“Unlimited projects with free plan

Pros

With the free subscription I can create unlimited projects and add as many clients as I need and it does a great job helping me keep track of my work, the free trial also showed me all the useful features this app offers.

Cons

I haven't tried the paid plan yet but I'm really pleased with the free version and honestly have no complaints about it.

“accurate technician reporting

Pros

For tracking hours per job across our technicians, the reporting features delivered exactly what I was after, the crew also picked it up quickly and didn't struggle with using it.

Cons

It would be great if I could create projects from the mobile app, right now I can't though it's not a major issue.
