Pros

The sales pitch impressed me most but after that I received no replies, I found them unprofessional.

Cons

For how it operates, I get infrequent updates, no team support, unanswered emails and I find the app really counterconvenient.

Pros

Starting and stopping the timer is incredibly easy.. just a quick click and I'm tracking time without any friction. Beyond that I find the detailed reports, support for unlimited projects and clients, the built-in budget controls and the expense tracking all incredibly useful. It brings together all the essential pieces of project management and financial oversight into one smooth efficient system.

Cons

We'd really appreciate more vibrant charts and dashboards so we can get a fast visual snapshot of our data right inside the tool and its reports.

“perfect time tracking

Pros

For me this tool is rock-great. Time tracking feels precise, user-friendly and simple to handle across multiple projects. I also genuinely appreciate the clear notifications, the project management features and the strong security. Customer support has been fantastic, always responsive and helpful. Even though I don't use every feature, it's reassuring to know they're available.

Cons

For me it does have a bit of a learning curve especially when you first dive into all the settings and features. It's not difficult, just takes some time to settle in.

“Free tier with useful features

It's really easy to use and I value that the most helpful features are included in the free tier, exporting reports is an excellent added benefit.

Cons

The iPhone and Mac apps feel noticeably less polished than the web (HTML) version and I've found the time-zone switching takes far too many clicks. It ought to happen automatically, or at least let me type a city or country name instead of forcing me to scroll for five full minutes whenever I travel which I do a lot.

Logging and monitoring hours by customer, project and task level is effortless for me. The reports make finding details simple and align end-of-period billing across multiple teams.

I've been using this platform since day one and over time features I was hoping for have been introduced, exactly what I needed. At this point I genuinely can't come up with any aspect of the tool that bothers me.

Tracking everyday marketing tasks is incredibly simple and I find the reports and project breakdowns provide clear insight into how time is spent.

Cons

The interface did feel a bit overwhelming at the start, particularly for new teammates. Customer support helped us.

I appreciate the clean, simplified layout that still allows for detailed tracking. Exporting reports to CSV or PDF makes it perfect for new businesses and freelancers.

If I accidentally leave the timer running, the app usually offers a way to correct it but quite often that fix doesn't actually work and I end up having to re-enter the time manually. It's not a dealbreaker, just a minor bug.

Navigating the software is really easy and I find it easy to invite team members and set permissions to control who sees what information.

I wish the mobile app were more polished because right now it feels somewhat unfinished and lacks some of the functionality I expect on the go.

Time tracking is really handy and I find it works well overall though some minor improvements could make it even better.

On days when I handle numerous calls that last just a few minutes, I struggle to log a separate entry for each call and I'd really appreciate an enhancement that lets me add other users into a workspace while limiting their access to only selected projects.

Accessing the app is simple and I can quickly check how my tasks are progressing.

Cons

Unfortunately I can't adjust my logged time without hassle, it's difficult for me to review activity screenshots and the tracker sometimes quits suddenly if the cursor doesn't move for a bit.

“One of the greatest app I have found for time tracking

Pros

We use TMetric for our entire team. It is very simple to add clients/projects and then track the time spent on tasks. It is also easy to update or correct problems. The recently added time-off requests allow us to better manage our Paid Time Off (PTO). The activity tracker is great as well.

Cons

They are Czech republic based which means their off timings coincide with the mid of our workday. Their updates usually interfere with our work activities, which is annoying at the least but still workable.

I really like that it packs so many features in one place. The Firefox add-on works reliably and I find tracking hours directly inside tools like Asana very convenient.

At times it comes across as a little intrusive though I've been able to change the settings to reduce that behavior when necessary.

I'd love to have more reporting options. It would be really helpful to pull a report that shows my billable hours or balance for the whole month but right now the reporting only lets me view data week by week.

I had to spend a while manually moving my time estimates over from my previous software but the support team eventually resolved it and it's been running flawlessly ever since.
