Pros

Being able to set a timer with a single touch and later receive clear summaries helps me delegate editorial tasks without needing to micromanage the team.

I get frustrated by the occasional sync glitches. I also find the advanced permission settings too limiting when I need to manage different editor roles on a project

The interface feels incredibly user-friendly to me and very simple to navigate. After trying several other tracking apps, this one clearly stood out as the simplest and I also appreciate having a dedicated mobile app.

My biggest gripe is the Google Calendar sync, it's not feasible. I ended up having to rely on a third-party app just to get my tasks pushed to my Google Calendar and pulled back the other way. I'd love it if the tool could handle two-way calendar syncing natively so I wouldn't need extra services.

What impressed me most is how user-friendly it is and how easily I can split work across multiple clients. I also like the reporting features which let me invoice weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly.

It's frustrating that assigning billable rates requires an extra paid upgrade. Since I work with several clients, I'd love for the pricing to be stored on each client's profile so I don't have to set it every time.

For me, this free tool is amazingly powerful. I can create almost any report I need without paying and I appreciate not being restricted by a fixed number of projects or tags. While there are a handful of capabilities reserved for the paid plan, they don't prevent me from recording my time quickly and effectively using the free tier. Overall, the limitations are minor compared to what the free version lets me do.

I've noticed the mobile app has far fewer features and I can't find a way to view the entire week's entries at once in the calendar on my phone.

The reporting features and the data presentation still feel like they could be stronger. They've rolled out some updates over the last year or so but in my opinion it could be simplified further, especially to make life easier for managers.

For me, the main drawback is that entering time manually on a phone feels fiddly and since it doesn't offer great project-management features, I end up pairing it with a separate PM tool most of the time.
