The alignment with the GTD methodology and its seamless mobility across all my devices are what I love about Toodledo. The availability of different taxonomies prevents it from becoming a cluttered mess like competitor products which allows me to compartmentalize job functions, personal and work life, and more, all in one system.
Cons
Making bulk changes to a group of tasks is possible but a bit cumbersome.

Creating and editing tasks is streamlined and easy. Completed tasks remain accessible for future reference. The app integration is good. It's truly the best to-do manager available in the market.
Cons

What I like about Toodledo is its versatility in categorizing and prioritizing tasks. Every couple of years, I adopt a new strategy for organizing and approaching my tasks, and Toodledo has consistently provided compatible options for each of those strategies.
Cons
Sometimes it doesn't function as well as I did like. In the mobile version, it is easy to accidentally delete a task. However, I have noticed noticeable improvements in this function recently.

The ability to access Toodledo through both the app and a browser is fantastic. During my workday, I first open my email and then Toodledo, keeping it open throughout the day as I work. When I'm in the field or commuting and something comes to mind or I need to add a new task, I can easily do so using the app.
Cons
I wish there was an option to copy or duplicate checklists. For example, I have a standard trip packing list that I would like to use as a template every time I need to pack.

I've been a Toodledo user for years now. It's user-friendly, especially when it comes to adding new tasks. The flexibility to tag my tasks is quite helpful.
Cons
I'm unable to set a recurring task on the mobile app. It is only available on the desktop version. Additionally, I couldn't edit the name of a tag. Aside from that, I absolutely love it!
