The ease of use is remarkable. It allows me to organize tasks into folders and set deadlines easily.

One thing that cause a lot of inconvenience is that I have to repeatedly enter my username and password.

Loading tasks is a not an issue anymore and the feature of linking tasks to goals is fantastic. Also the Outline feature adds a touch of beauty to it.

It would be great if the interface had more vibrant colors, similar to Monday. Also converting from an outline to goals and tasks could be made simpler.

Toodledo is a note-taking and task management application that has significantly boosted my productivity over the past year. My experience with this software has been very positive.

I can easily create my to-do list and attach files. The ability to attach a note with a capacity of nearly 30K characters is highly valuable. Automatic date updates are a plus. I particularly like the separate notes section, which is distinct from the notes accompanying tasks.

While the iPhone task list syncs with the computer but still it's less intuitive. Unfortunately, the "Notes" section, which was present in previous versions on the iPhone platform, is now missing.

Toodledo is very reliable, always performing its job properly and excellently without any failures.

The features I frequently use are priority, status, context, start and due dates, repeat and tags. I am impressed by the options to filter and display tasks. The subtask functionality, task cloning and search capabilities are also remarkable. Exporting and importing tasks with Excel prove to be very useful.

It takes a while to load on my phone, but that might be because I have over 500 short and long-term tasks, many of which are recurring.

It is quite user-friendly, with useful reminders and a great way to prioritize tasks based on individual needs. I also like the ability to write detailed notes for each task and the integration with notepad. Although I haven't used the features like outlines, lists and habits, they are available.

The web access can be a bit slow at times, and I miss the excellent Mac app that is no longer available. I would love to have it back. The lists feature is not practical, especially for a supermarket shopping list. It doesn't allow you to check off items you have already purchased but might want to add again in the future.

The reason I have stuck with Toodledo for all these years is that no other solution out there offers the same great features. I have tried them all from ToDoist, Trello, Asana, Clickup, Norton, Evernote and so on. You just name it. I've not only used them but consider myself an expert in these types of apps. Nothing even comes close.

The mobile app is my least favorite aspect of Toodledo, and unfortunately, there has been no support for years.

Unfortunately, Toodledo stopped functioning on my old iPad, which is a disappointment. I suspect the latest version is no longer compatible with older iPads. It is a shame because my iPad still functions perfectly, but I can no longer use Toodledo on it. I used to absolutely love using Toodledo on my iPad, and I miss that functionality greatly. I wish I could afford a new iPad just to use Toodledo, but it is not possible at the moment.

Toodledo provides all the necessary fields for my task management needs. I can easily customize it to suit my preferences and eliminate unnecessary fields to maintain a streamlined system. It integrates seamlessly with Getting Things Done system, even though I don't strictly follow it. Additionally, it offers time tracking for those who require that feature. Among the systems I have tried, Toodledo excels at managing emails with content and attachments, allowing me to forward emails from others and not just rely on emailing tasks to myself. This helps me keep my inbox empty.

Cons

When the app was under previous ownership, I had concerns about its ongoing maintenance. However, a new team has taken over and they are highly responsive. I trust that they will continue to support and develop my "second brain" for a long time.

Pros

While I don't utilize Toodledo for business purposes, I have been using it personally since around 2004 or 2005. Its availability on mobile devices has increased my usage even more. What I like the most about Toodledo is how it presents tasks for yesterday, today, tomorrow, the next 7 days and the next 30 days, among other options. I also rely on Toodledo to store a significant amount of historical information. For instance, I can easily retrieve details such as when the kitchen countertops were installed, who did the installation, and the cost at that time. Furthermore, I admire the exceptionally fast synchronization between my mobile device, their servers, and my desktop.

Cons

I find that using Toodledo is easy in all aspects. The learning curve was minimal, and I am still actively using it.
