“Good app for tracking time!

Pros

TrackingTime offers a lot of convenience to me. its simple design made it accessible to anyone regardless of their technical expertise. Moreover all the others features were exceptional and the generated reports offered priceless insights into my own productivity.

Cons

I cannot find anything to dislike about TrackingTime.

The only problem I encountered was that customer service lacks friendliness and helpfulness. Other than that, everything is excellent.

The applications user friendliness and the ability to add and integrate multiple projects were impressive. One feature I particularly enjoyed was the option to integrate calendars which made tracking time during meetings and other activities much easier.

Cons

At the moment I don't have any cons. I am really enjoying the app even on the free tier plan.

I really love the features and the aesthetics of the tool. it also allows easy tracking of hours.

It takes some time to get accustomed to it. it wasn't easy to locate everything initially. It is not very intuitive.

Pros

The ease and simplicity of use are unmatched. I have been using this software for many years and have never had any complaints. When I decided to upgrade to the monthly payment version it improved even further and offered a very reasonable price.

Cons

There is really nothing negative I can say about this product. It functions as advertised and is a fantastic product.

It allows us to utilize our Google calendars to track the time spent on projects. We also use it to keep track of staff hours.

Cons

Its important to keep all # filters consistent. If we use #Development to track development hours and someone on the team uses #DEVELOPMENT those two filters will be grouped separately.

The value it provides in terms of features and what you can access for free is exceptional.

Cons

Its quite expensive considering what it offers. There are numerous additional incentives beyond the free product.

It is easy to use and with mobile apps and integrations with other tools. I can customize projects and tasks while obtaining detailed reports on the projects I'm working on.

Cons

It's reasonably good. nothing majorly wrong with it.

“Multiple Job Organization

The interface is relatively self explanatory and easy to use on a basic level.

Cons

We handle multiple jobs per day that need to be billed to different accounts. The issue we cannot figure out is how to set up the software so that we can add job numbers to the pay categories similar to the "Reg Pay" selection. Currently we work around it by entering our time as "Regular" but then we have to enter the account numbers and a brief description in the comments section. It would be nice if the "pay category" could be configured with a job number like #8508 and the software automatically links the account information to the job number in the background. It seems like the software is designed this way but it's not functioning for us.

Pros

This software is a fantastic way to monitor the time I spend on my tasks. Additionally this app is cloud based and syncs seamlessly with the desktop version.

Cons

The only thing missing is the ability to change the hourly rate to a project rate.

Pros

This tool is very user friendly and it even offers a desktop version that automatically tracks time. Making edits is a simple task as well. As a designer I find it aesthetically pleasing compared to other tools I have experimented with.

Cons

I am genuinely pleased with this software and I have tried many others. This one is by far the most user friendly with the features I need.

This product seamlessly integrates into project management platforms which I absolutely loved. It was also user friendly, allowing me to track time spent on different aspects of tasks or projects.

I would love to have reminders. Sometimes I forget to start and stop tracking so I have to go back and manually edit the time. I also like the ability to adjust times but it would be great to have a start and stop button always visible on top of whatever I'm doing, or at least reminders.

I found it very easy to use. I was able to learn about its functionality within minutes which was perfect for my limited needs.

The free trial had some limitations on the number of jobs/items I could log but that is understandable for a free trial.

Pros

TrackingTime was very easy to use and quick to set up. I utilized it for short term projects that required managing numerous components. For instance as a graduate student it helped me a lot in tracking the time spent on various elements of my thesis. I could review my progress at the end of each week and see how much I accomplished.

Cons

When I needed to only track hours for billing at another job I switched to a different time tracker. At that time I only required a phone app with a stopwatch. I would consider trying TrackingTime again in the future.

Pros

I have numerous aspects of projects happening simultaneously such as audio production, video production, research and regular communication with all parties involved, including clients. The accountability data this tool offers is of immense value.

Cons

The standard features pose no issues for me. Having a timer to estimate proposed and projected time for a project segment could be quite useful.
