Pros
Out of all the time-tracking tools I've tried for work, this one feels like a cut above the rest. It avoids taking screenshots which lets me focus without the sensation of someone constantly watching me. The app runs reliably on both Windows and macOS which is ideal since my team mixes platforms. I should also mention their customer support, they reply fast and helped me fix a tracking glitch right away.
Cons
The main drawback is the absence of a mobile app because there are occasions when I have to get work done away from my PC. While I currently rely on the manual 'add time' feature as a makeshift fix, I'd much prefer being able to clock and monitor my hours directly from my smartphone or tablet.

Cons
I thought the software's interface looked promising but when I needed help they were utterly useless. After I paid the annual fee, support essentially vanished. I've been attempting to resolve an installation problem for three months now, exchanging messages and following guidance yet it's still not working despite the fact that I've already paid in full.

Cons

The thing that I liked most about the application was its ability to let me keep a check on my work patterns. As a result, this allowed me to do some self-analysis. This applications feature allowed me to check my most productive hours. This has enabled me to concentrate on the more difficult tasks and divide my time accordingly. Moreover, I was highly impressed by the user-friendliness of the software, as I was able to get a grip on the entire application after only 10 minutes of navigating through it. Hence, I would highly recommend this application to others as well.
Cons
The only red flag that I noticed about the application was when one of the employers from the company removed their employee time by deleting it. Initially, I was not able to figure it out because I thought that there might be a glitch in the software, but I realized this when it started happening repeatedly. I would wonder why they were deleting a period after seeing that. However, the issue is not deleting the employee timings, but rather the absence of those screenshots, which makes it difficult for me to keep track of the employees. I would prefer to have access to those screenshots.

I was pleasantly surprised at how simple it is to become acquainted with the software and its various capabilities. I loved how the content in the screenshots the app generates is blurred, so if you need to check anything private or send a message, youre safe. I also discovered that if you operate a business and want to track how each person is performing on a specific project, you can do so by looking at their percentage of involvement. Another nice benefit for business owners is that they can see how much time their employees spend on each website or app, even if they are doing it on a second monitor, preventing employee cheating.
Cons
Even though the design is rather intuitive, having it presented over a shared screen made it very simple to get started. Users who do not have that choice may benefit from a tutorial. It would also be wonderful to have more language options. Other than that, I really don’t have a quarrel with the software; it has served me and my team extremely well. I just hope they keep improving the software and adding new features to it. Thanks again, Traqq, for being a trustworthy companion.

As an HR expert, I oversee a variety of responsibilities for the company, including keeping a watch on independent contractors. Traqq allows me to easily track the activity of all of our freelancers who are on the same platform. I have fast access to all critical information and utilize it when evaluating the performance of a freelancer, which is all safely saved on the site. The platform is extremely straightforward to use, with basic tab navigation. I enjoy their Team Analysis and Reporting tool because it shows me how many hours our freelancers have worked and calculates their earnings based on the hours. They have worked for us.
Cons
To be honest, I havent found anything about the software that I dont like. Although Im looking forward to seeing more features in the future, Im quite satisfied with the software, and Ive recommended it to other HR professionals that work with freelancers. It´s been a great help for me and my team so far. I think were going to stick with the software for the long term and see what new features and functionality it’ll offer us in the near future.

At my company, they take screenshots of the employees PC as they are working to provide information about the behavior. What I loved about this is that they share a somewhat blurred version of the screenshot with employers, giving a clear picture of what the employee is doing without invading the persons privacy. They also provide brief movies so that the activity can be viewed in greater detail if necessary. This, I believe, demonstrates Traqqs attention to detail with this service. The platform has practically all the functionality I had envisioned. I am pleased that they created Traqq.
Cons
There are no drawbacks, only areas for improvement. For example, it lacks a mobile app version, which is remarkable given that practically all desktop software now has mobile versions. Second, employees can erase photos they have taken, which I believe is worthless because these can be retrieved by the corporation or HR in any case.
