Stands out among time-tracking tools

Pros

Out of all the time-tracking tools I've tried for work, this one feels like a cut above the rest. It avoids taking screenshots which lets me focus without the sensation of someone constantly watching me. The app runs reliably on both Windows and macOS which is ideal since my team mixes platforms. I should also mention their customer support, they reply fast and helped me fix a tracking glitch right away.

Cons

The main drawback is the absence of a mobile app because there are occasions when I have to get work done away from my PC. While I currently rely on the manual 'add time' feature as a makeshift fix, I'd much prefer being able to clock and monitor my hours directly from my smartphone or tablet.

Saves me a lot of time

Pros

Found it really user-friendly. The interface is clean and launching the time tracker takes just one click. It has smoothed out my workflow because everything I need is centralized including time tracking, activity monitoring and detailed reports. It saves me time and makes it simpler to be transparent with clients. I also really appreciate that it works offline which is very helpful when I'm not always connected to Wi-Fi during travel.

Cons

As a first-time user I'm left wishing the app offered a few pointers or tips to help me get the most from all its features. With so much capability packed in I often feel like I'm missing out on useful tools simply because I haven't stumbled across them yet.

Horrible experience with customer service

Pros

Signing up went smoothly and quickly. We found it simple to complete the registration and hand over our payment without any problems.

Cons

I thought the software's interface looked promising but when I needed help they were utterly useless. After I paid the annual fee, support essentially vanished. I've been attempting to resolve an installation problem for three months now, exchanging messages and following guidance yet it's still not working despite the fact that I've already paid in full.

Helpful support staff

Pros

What I appreciate most is how simple it was to set up and I've found the support team genuinely helpful. I also like that the app lets me work both online and offline and it produces detailed, customized reports that cover everything I need.

Cons

One downside I've run into is that there isn't a mobile app which would let me keep an eye on my team or projects from any device.

As a manager overseeing a mixed-age team, I really appreciate how user-friendly the interface is for people who aren't tech-savvy. Some of my employees are over 40 and usually grumble about new software yet they use this app without trouble. It also gives clear visibility into working hours. When team members clock in and what they're doing on their machines is tracked and logged to help gauge productivity. I can pull reports easily and performance evaluations are grounded in reliable metrics.

Cons

Getting through to customer service and getting help is hard.

Solid reporting

Pros

I love that the app offers flexible reporting tools, letting me build in-depth reports about how my team spends their time. I also really appreciate the thoughtful privacy controls, such as the ability to blur screenshots for added confidentiality.

Cons

There isn't much negative I can point to. What I personally didn't care for was the app's visual design, though that's just my subjective taste and it really comes down to individual preference for each user altogether.

Simple UI

Pros

It's UX/UI made it very simple to roll it out across the team and actually made team management more enjoyable. We really appreciate the exportable reports for handling payroll and keeping an eye on the team. Their customer support has been outstanding too.

Cons

I wish there was a way to process payroll directly within the software, that would be super cool.

An incredible time-tracking solution

Pros

As a freelancer, I consider this an excellent time-tracking solution. The onboarding was effortless and my clients can relax knowing I'm transparent about billable hours. The software captures screenshots and screen recordings during my work sessions which helps reinforce client confidence in what I'm billing for. I also like how seriously they take privacy, the images and videos are automatically blurred to hide any sensitive information. Best of all, the main features are available at no cost which I genuinely love.

Cons

There isn't a mobile app right now and that lack of a smartphone client causes problems for the kinds of jobs I do that require on-the-go tracking.

Pros

Setting it up was so smooth and I had our team onboarded quickly with hardly any fuss. The tracking tools like automated screenshots and custom notifications have really helped raise our productivity. On top of that, the dedicated account manager gave excellent support which kept everything running smoothly.

Cons

I wish it offered more integration options so it could fit into our existing workflows more naturally. Not having a mobile app cuts down on flexibility for team members who are on the move. I also feel that adding built-in payroll management features would help organize our daily operations.

Recommended if you value effective time management

Having used it for more than six months, I've seen it completely transform how I manage my time. As a business owner, accurately tracking my team's hours and invoicing clients is essential and it has made that simple for me. The interface feels well laid out so I can easily keep an eye on billable hours, handle billing and finance details and pull useful insights about how my business operates. It's helped me spot workflow gaps and make data-driven choices to organize processes and boost productivity. Because of that, I regularly use it to reallocate resources and improve efficiency across projects. I would definitely recommend Traqq to any business owner who wants to get a better handle on time usage and run their operations more effectively.

Cons

While I think it is a solid time-tracking and invoicing solution, I do feel it could benefit from some upgrades. There are a few areas where polishing features and adding refinements would make the experience smoother and more powerful for day-to-day use.

Thanks to the reporting feature, I can quickly identify when equipment has a fault that reduces its productivity, enabling me to act promptly and resolve problems efficiently right away. I can also change the counter to suit our needs, choosing between automatic updates or making manual adjustments as necessary.

Cons

Now I prefer working more independently without rigid location limits so I would appreciate mobile monitoring to keep track of things when I'm on the move, constantly available.

Pros

I found it really easy to get started and begin tracking. It helped me tally how many hours my employees put in, even when they're working remotely and I could monitor what tasks they were doing throughout the day.

Cons

A big improvement would be better integration options. If they added a way to export or directly sort payroll, it would organize my workflow a lot.

Has an offline tracking feature

Pros

This is a solid time-tracking tool for my team that gives me strong oversight. I can manage everyone with ease and generate clear reports whenever I need them. Cons

Excellent for monitoring progress

It has been a huge help for keeping tabs on team progress, uncovering where training is required, organizing our operational workflows and even giving the team a pat on the back when we hit our goals. I can easily see how projects are advancing and step in when needed to make sure deliverables stay on track.

Cons

I'd love for them to offer a dedicated mobile app, since being able to check on the team from any phone or tablet would be really handy. Remote team members are often on the move so having mobile access to monitor them would make things much more convenient.

Great for collaboration
