However, over time, the tool has become more complex, expensive, and challenging to explain to individuals unfamiliar with kanban boards and card structures.

Teams aiming for heightened productivity may encounter restricted attachment capabilities coupled with a lesser degree of sophistication and automation compared to the paid versions.

Trello though practical could enhance its interface with improved design and more visually appealing color choices. The incorporation of predefined boards would contribute to an elevated user experience. The processes of archiving and moving lists may prove perplexing for firsttime users. Additionally the inclusion of an option to delete lists would be a practical and welcomed addition.
