Aesthetically superior, great task organization tool
Pros

I find Trello very useful for organizing tasks and activities. The boards, lists and cards provide a modern, visual way to manage everything. It's very intuitive as it allows me to quickly jot down and share tasks. The interface is something I really appreciate.

Cons

The issues I've come across is that it's not very popular among users over 30, so I often have to introduce the tool to my peers and give them a quick guide to encourage its use.

Pros

It's user-friendly with a solid ticketing system. There are numerous apps you can integrate with it and it pairs perfectly with Microsoft Forms for ticket creation.

Pros

The options to customize the boards is very simple since all you need to do is drag and drop, and I like how easily I can organize the tiles to my liking.

Pros

I love how easy it is to set up Trello and how visually appealing the boards are. It is super intuitive and the templates help you set up your boards in a way that works best for you.

Pros

Trello allows for custom backgrounds, which I find makes using my cards more enjoyable. Personalizing the background not only makes my cards more suitable but also more interesting and appealing to others. I love this feature because it adds a visually attractive element to my work.

Cons

Pros

Trello played a major role in promoting Kanban boards. The early versions were very user-friendly and they offer a good variety of templates.

Best Project Management Software
Pros

If you're not using Trello for task management, you're missing out. It's the best software for this purpose, incredibly easy to learn. I mastered it in just 5- to 15 minutes. Moreover, Trello's ability to create unlimited lists for customizing our workplace pipeline is invaluable. I can update my boss on task progress with just a couple of clicks and she receives notifications instantly, allowing her to give feedback. I frequently use labels and checklists to track smaller details, ensuring we both stay on top of task statuses. My co-workers use it too, making it easy to check project progress without needing to ask them directly. This software has completely transformed how I work and I can't imagine managing tasks without Trello now.

Cons

It's honestly hard to find any cons. I am really satisfied with this software. However, one minor issue is that you can't post images in the comments. They also get added to the attachments, which can get disorganized and confusing. If users could choose to keep images exclusive to the comments, this software would be perfect.

Pros

The option to generate boards for various projects, and within those boards, establish lists and cards, simplifies the process of organizing tasks immensely.

It's simple, easy to use and 'good enough' for most things
Pros

The kanban-style board at its core suits most projects and situations. Its card-based layout ensures excellent organization, and my entire team quickly understands its mechanics.

Cons

Upgrading is necessary to access the most useful functions (power-ups). However, the lack of options for team-member roles or permissions can lead to a messy board since they have unrestricted access. The design feels slightly outdated and lacks the professional look found in other task management software.

Trello is a Lifesaver!
Pros

The cards, templates, and checklists are undoubtedly my favorite aspects of Trello. They allow our team to stay organized and provide real-time visibility into outstanding tasks and their assigned users. Moreover, we can categorize different card types efficiently. Our dashboard grants us an overview of the projects we are working on. For instance, when we have a new team member, we create a dedicated Trello checklist with a set of steps applicable to all new hires. If a step is irrelevant to a particular individual, we can easily remove it without affecting the main template card, which encompasses all possible steps for new hires.

Cons

There are only two improvements I can think of that would make Trello even better. Firstly, the ability to add line breaks to steps as it would enhance readability. Secondly, the option to make mass edits to multiple cards at once, such as verbiage updates for a step, would save a significant amount of time.

Pros

Onboarding new individuals is a smooth process, as is establishing workflow and multiple boards. The availability of ample customization options for premium users and the automation feature greatly reduce the tediousness of board management.

Cons

A Card Above The Rest
Pros

I find the card-based system employed by Trello enjoyable. The What-You-See-Is-What-You-Get (WYSWYG) design function is beneficial even for beginners as it allows you to move things around as you see fit without major processes. The customizability is also a favorite aspect. You can use Trello in any way you prefer. Whether you have a chaotic yet effective process or are extremely organized, it's perfect for your needs.

Cons

Getting the hang of it took a little time since it's so flexible. But once I did, it became quite handy. The acquisition by Atlassian did create some confusion, though.
