“organized boards for teamwork”
Pros
Having multiple categories makes it really efficient to keep everything organized. It also works really well for communicating with others when you're not physically in the office together. Getting around the platform is fairly simple too.
Cons
I honestly haven't run into any major problems with Trello so I don't really have any strong complaints. That said the information on some cards can feel a bit confusing and crowded so a little more simplicity in certain areas would definitely help.

“helpful for daily coordination”
Pros
Setting up new boards is quick and it's simple to tailor lists while adding checklists, due dates and attachments to each card. New virtual assistants or contractors can usually understand how our boards work within minutes and tools like labels, comments and basic Butler automations help us stay on top of follow-ups and recurring tasks. It also integrates well with Google Workspace which makes it convenient to connect Docs and Sheets and use it alongside Slack, Zoom and email for everyday coordination.
Cons
That said Trello's built-in reporting and time-based views are pretty limited so when we need portfolio-level KPIs or more advanced project tracking, we still rely on spreadsheets or other platforms. Once boards get bigger, things can start to look cluttered too especially if there aren't clear rules for naming cards and archiving completed work. Because of that it takes some discipline to structure and maintain boards in a way that stays manageable.

“Clean boards that keep teams aligned”
Pros
I find that setting up takes almost no effort because the layout is clean, simple and easy to follow. Anyone can jump in and begin organizing tasks right away. The boards and cards give a clear view of task progress so it's much easier to understand where a project stands at any moment. Teamwork feels simple too since everyone can stay aligned and updated without much friction. Overall it's lightweight, fast and reliable for basic project management.
Cons
It does start to feel limited when you need more advanced functionality especially for handling complex projects or setting up deeper automation so scaling can be difficult. Support can also feel a bit slow and not always proactive when larger issues come up. On top of that its reporting and analytics are not as strong as what you get from more advanced project management platforms.

“practical for team work”
Pros
Using this software makes task organization very visual and practical. It helps a lot with tracking projects through boards, lists and cards. It's also really useful for setting priorities, assigning responsibilities and keeping everything organized in one place.
Cons
Well it tends to feel limited when handling larger, more complex projects since it lacks some of the more advanced features that are only manageable through the paid version.

“Tidy interface !”
Pros
For us this tool has been a pleasant experience thanks to how simple it is to use, its clean and simple interface and how versatile it is across different kinds of projects.
Cons
The fact that it mainly relies on the Kanban view is not always enough.

“visual boards that deliver”
Pros
Trello's simple, visual style of project management was the biggest highlight for me. The board and card setup makes it really simple to organize tasks, follow progress and see exactly what's happening at a glance.
Cons
Honestly nothing comes to mind. it does exactly what it's meant to do and it feels perfect as it is. Our team has had consistently positive feedback about using Trello.

“keeps work moving”
Pros
The visual setup with boards, lists and cards makes it clear what's happening without much explanation or training. It works really well for lightweight collaboration too since adding tasks, assigning people and moving work forward is fast and simple so it feels less bulky than more advanced project management tools.
Cons
This may only be my opinion but sometimes it can start to feel limited when you need things like dependency tracking, reporting or more advanced workflows because those usually require add-ons or creative workarounds.

“Flexible task tracking”
Pros
I like that it feels simple to use because the interface is clean, visual and well organized. The drag-and-drop setup makes it simple to arrange tasks without much effort. Creating boards, lists and cards is quick which helps a lot when keeping track of work. It works really well for personal planning and for collaborating with a small team and the free version already includes plenty of useful features.
Cons
Once projects start getting larger or more complicated, it can feel a bit cluttered and harder to manage. It also misses some advanced tools such as detailed reporting, timelines and Gantt charts. On top of that, features that would be very helpful, like automation and more advanced views, are locked behind the paid plans.

“affordable task tracking win”
Pros
This platform has been a really affordable and useful option for teams to stay on top of tasks and see clearly how much progress has been made. With so many people working from home now, it helps a lot with keeping everyone aligned on shared projects even when the team is spread across different locations. Another big plus is that tasks load instantly so the whole team can view updates right away.
Cons
Even though the layout is one of its biggest strengths when it comes to understanding tasks, it can start to feel overwhelming once too many tasks are added. When that happens, it becomes harder to tell what actually needs to be done.

“Handy integrations”
Pros
It feels very simple to use and does a really good job of keeping everything organized. Sharing boards is simple whenever I need to collaborate and I also appreciate that I can keep things private when I want to. Another big plus is how well it connects with many of the other programs I use on a regular basis.
Cons
One downside is that not everyone uses it which can make collaboration less convenient at times. It also feels a bit expensive compared to other tools especially considering what it offers and some people may prefer more affordable alternatives.

“fantastic task automation”
Pros
The automation tools make it simple to stay on top of high-priority work, bring the right team members into tasks and keep tabs on progress across bigger projects from start to finish.
Cons
Getting fully comfortable with everything it offers took a bit of time. The platform does include a helpful list of tips that makes it easier to look up how different tools and automations work which definitely helps. It's beginner-friendly when it comes to the basics but the more advanced features still come with a bit of a learning curve.

“quick automation”
Pros
I like that it feels simple and visually appealing which makes it pleasant to use on a daily basis. It does a really good job of helping organize tasks and workflows and the automation features are genuinely useful for cutting down repetitive work. Performance has been solid and reliable and the free plan offers a generous amount for individuals or small teams.
Cons
That said it does have some limitations when compared with more advanced project management tools especially if you need deeper features. Customer support could definitely be improved and once a project gets very large, the boards can start to feel a bit cluttered.

“kanban clarity with flexible cards”
Pros
At a glance the Kanban-style boards make it really clear where every project stands. New team members usually get comfortable with it very quickly because the layout feels so simple and the cards are flexible enough to be customized in a lot of useful ways. Adding Power-Ups also helps a lot since they extend Trello beyond basic task tracking and make it capable of handling more involved project management needs.
Cons
Once a board starts getting more complex it can feel cluttered and harder to move through efficiently. Reporting and high-level dashboard options built into the platform are also fairly limited compared with more full-featured project management tools so getting a true bird's-eye view across several workstreams often means relying on third-party integrations or setting up manual workarounds.

Pros
It's pretty cool that really works well because of its simple setup and visual board layout. Organizing tasks with drag-and-drop feels natural and it's easy to see everything at a glance without any confusion. It also helps a lot with collaboration since tasks, comments and files are all kept together in one place.
Cons

Pros
Working with this software has really helped my team stay organized across the different complex projects we handle on a regular basis. It's a very solid collaboration tool and the free version comes with a strong setup that didn't take long to learn or start using effectively.
Cons

Pros
Creating boards to organize different tasks only takes a few clicks and the app syncs well across devices which is really convenient when working on the go.
Cons
One annoyance I ran into was with task email notifications. Even though I was logged in and the only person on the boards, I still had to assign myself to each task one by one.

“simple kanban task tracking”
Pros
Keeping tasks and projects organized felt very simple which was the biggest plus for me. It comes with useful features that make staying on top of work much simpler and the automation options are genuinely helpful so it feels like good value overall. Performance has also been reliable and responsive and it does a really nice job of helping teams collaborate effectively. The only minor downside on the positive side is that customer support can be a bit slow sometimes.
Cons
One thing I liked least about Trello was that the free plan is pretty limited when it comes to advanced features. On top of that, customer support can take a while to respond at times which can be frustrating when you need help quickly.
