“Easy admin organization”
Pros
I've found Trello incredibly easy to use and it's become our admin team's go-to organizational system, I strongly recommend it to anyone looking for a simple, effective way to keep everything in order.
Cons
We honestly loved pretty much everything about it so at this point we don't really have any complaints.. perhaps offering an initial free trial would be a nice touch but overall it proved to be an excellent program.

“Cheerful playful interface”
Pros
I genuinely adore the cheerful, colorful interface because it consistently nudges me to inject a bit of playfulness into my workday which makes tasks feel less tedious.
Cons
Although I'm still not great at navigating third-party integrations which has slightly limited how much I can accomplish with Trello so far, I'm steadily improving and learning the ropes.

“Great board organization”
Pros
For my part I use Trello like a combined message board and planner and I've relied on it to monitor incoming shipments while also handling buyer requests, the individual "boards" stayed distinct and were simple for me to access whenever I needed them.
Cons
I don't really have a long list of grievances and when I add a new task it feels like I must first create it and then return to modify details instead of entering everything in one go which might just be my own unfamiliarity with the interface.

“Incredible free organization”
Pros
As a user I've found Trello to be an incredible free work-management app that keeps everything organized in a single place because before I started using it I was overwhelmed with scattered reminders and piles of sticky notes and its built-in features have truly been lifesavers since they're very simple to navigate and use.
Cons
On one occasion a board ended up being made public after I shared it even though I was careful to configure the correct permissions and while it didn't create a huge problem it did mean that all of my private material became openly accessible without my intent.

“simple kanban tracking”
Pros
Tracking items on a kanban board is really simple for me and I appreciate that each card can be heavily customized so it holds lots of specific, detailed information.
Cons
When I'm trying to manage things that don't fit a kanban approach I find the app isn't very intuitive and items better suited to agile workflows often end up being awkward to represent.

“Very easy to use but needs more templates”
Pros
The biggest attraction is how simple it is to use, since practically anyone can pick it up in just a few minutes and I find it much easier to set up than competing tools.
Cons
I'd appreciate having built-in templates to speed up my work plus some of the extra features I see in competing apps, since those would make my process much smoother.

“creative asset hub”
Pros
I think Trello brings together a wide range of creative assets into a single spot where I can quickly find things and I rely on it as an effective onboarding system for clients when we're doing website builds or launching fresh marketing design projects.
Cons
I've noticed the interface can feel a bit awkward to move around in and when several people begin adding content it tends to get messy and cluttered, quickly losing structure and becoming difficult to manage unless someone constantly tidies things up.

“Clear visual system”
Pros
In my experience Trello uses a very clear, visually intuitive board system that cuts out unnecessary extras and because it's intentionally minimal and focused on visuals, it helps keep me on task without getting distracted by non-important features.
Cons
There are occasions when I want to capture more detailed notes or context yet because the platform prioritizes simplicity and a stripped-down interface, I often struggle to add the extra information that would actually be helpful to me.

“solid free project tool!!”
Pros
For a solitary, long-running project where I wanted a no-cost option, Trello turned out to be a solid pick and after wiring it into my Slack workspace I found that particular integration to be the feature I appreciate most.
Cons
I still find it perfectly reliable and haven't faced any problems over the past several years because Trello consistently supplies the exact set of features I depend on for my workflow.

“Clean and intuitive”
Pros
I think Trello feels like a clean, simple project management app and I find the visual dashboard really clear and intuitive so I can quickly understand where things stand, setting up boards doesn't take much time and my team and I can be collaborating and getting work done pretty fast.
Cons
I've found that Trello starts to struggle as projects get bigger and more complex, it's just not built for massive initiatives. The performance reports are pretty high-level and lack detail and the built-in automations feel basic unless you pay for an upgrade.

“Highly organized”
Pros
What I really appreciated was how much more organized it made me feel since I've relied on it across multiple areas of my job as well as for personal tasks in my life.
Cons
There aren't many downsides for me. the main issue is the restriction on background images, because I'd really like to be able to add my own photo to serve as a motivational backdrop.

“clear Kanban boards”
Pros
I really appreciate Trello's Kanban-style board because it gives me a clear visual of everything from tasks that are in progress to those that I've already finished and I often move cards around by dragging and dropping them between different lists.
Cons
For me Trello's automation and reporting tools feel fairly limited when I compare them to other platforms which means I wouldn't rely on it for managing very large projects that involve more than a hundred tasks.

“Incredibly visual & intuitive for design projects”
Pros
I find the interface is incredibly visual and simple and dragging cards around genuinely feels like rearranging sticky notes on a wall, it lets me grasp the status of a design project in seconds and our entire team finds it simple and intuitive to pick up and use.
Cons
Unfortunately reporting and timeline views are severely restricted on the free tier and after the most recent update I actually quit using the app because I can't view a consolidated list of all my projects at once which is incredibly frustrating.

“Smooth for teams”
Pros
Personally I find Trello very smooth and user-friendly which makes organizing projects and tracking tasks feel effortless, its board-and-card layout gives my team a transparent, easy-to-follow way to collaborate and keep everyone on the same page.
Cons
I feel it doesn't offer as many advanced features or integration options as platforms like JIRA so it can often fall short when trying to support more complex, large-scale projects.

“simple and decluttered interface”
Pros
The interface feels incredibly simple and I find it helps me mentally declutter so I can stay organized and actually get things done, I really appreciate the whole workspace concept along with the option to place meaningful images as backgrounds for each project and switching tasks between different states is remarkably simple and instinctive.
Cons
I have to think pretty hard to come up with negatives because I enjoy it so much and one thing that stands out is the inability to edit comments and the fact that administrators can't apply finely grained access restrictions which sometimes makes precise control and audit of contributions more difficult.

“awkward cross-referencing”
Pros
I've found this to be an excellent no-cost product and even though I tried the premium tier. which I think performs a bit better .. the free version still offers plenty of versatility and lets me exercise some creative design freedom as well.
Cons
What I kept running into was an awkward inability to cross-reference quickly between different pages and tabs which proved to be a real hindrance to my workflow, I would really like to see that set of features improved and expanded.

“Dependable for any scale”
Pros
According to me, trello is a dependable, user-friendly platform for coordinating projects regardless of scale and I particularly appreciate how its visual boards make tracking tasks and fostering teamwork so simple.
Cons
When projects expand into very large scopes I often struggle to keep everything organized and I find that built-in reporting is fairly basic unless I add third-party extensions.

“Good value with reminders”
Pros
I feel Trello nails its pricing for what it delivers and I find the interface attractive with simple tools plus it even sends helpful reminders when tasks are due.
Cons
Sometimes the overall flow feels slightly awkward to me and I'm not entirely certain whether it's a design quirk or because I simply haven't yet located the precise features I need.

“free plan for teams !”
Pros
We stick with the free plan because it provides everything we require so in my view it represents excellent value and getting started was both simple and intuitive. Our team uses it to manage day-to-day tasks and I find that sharing individual projects with staff and clients prevents things from slipping through the cracks. The drag-and-drop interface is especially useful giving a clear visual of which stage each task is at and the option to colour-code cards and attach files or images to individual tasks helps us keep all project materials organized in one place for easy access.
Cons
I honestly can't point to any real downsides for what we use it for since it fulfils all our needs, there aren't any shortcomings that affect our workflow. That said I'm not sure what additional advantages the paid tiers offer so I think occasional promotional trials of extra features would be beneficial so we could test those capabilities without immediately upgrading.
