“Simplified Scrum Project Management with Trello”
Pros
My overall experience with Trello has been positive, and I appreciate the simplicity and power of the tool for Scrum project management. It proves to be excellent in terms of usability, handling large data sets without any performance issues, and meeting project management needs effectively.
Cons
The only minor difficulty I encountered was with the archival process, which could be made slightly more user-friendly. Other than that, Trello is a wonderful software solution.

“Perhaps the best productivity app on the market”
Pros
The app itself is userfriendly and intuitive. Trello has seamlessly integrated into daily life with the term Trello board being instantly recognizable in everyday conversations. The unique boardstyle task organization is easy to use and provides a visually clean way to represent tasks. Trello's power ups offer additional functionality to the boards. Notably the Alexa integration powerup facilitates remote work by connecting with Alexa devices around the house.
Cons
While some aspects of the software felt innovative and valuable others seemed forced and offered little extra benefit. For example the abundance of powerups included some with excellent functionality while others felt like obligatory microtransactions with limited value. Additionally the free basic Trello tier restricts users to just one Trello board at a time which can become problematic for managing large multicustomer projects due to clutter.

“Your automatic agenda”
Pros
We use Trello to monitor tasks among different teams and assess the Marketing department's dissemination strategies. It's very simple to create delete or move tasks across boards helping us keep our pending tasks organized. Trello's strength lies in its ability to easily add collaborators to any board and convert boards to private settings.
Cons
The free plan only allows up to 10 dashboards per workspace and necessitates global labels. Custom fields creation and timeline views for tasks or projects are not supported. Integration with Google for spreadsheet usage is not possible.
