“I utilise the Free boards and really value the prompts the automation offers”
Pros
Trello is free and has a low entry point in terms of technical skill required. This makes it easy to invite others to review and understand your workflow.
Cons
It would be great to assign labels to activities or at least denote their importance or categorize them by means other than date.

“Daily management and productivity tool”
Pros
The appeal of this software lies in the ability to add multiple elements to a card rather than just listing them as notes. The capacity to tag other users and follow cards enhances its utility as a productivity tool for tracking and managing tasks.
Cons
Nonmembers should have the ability to request access to a board.

“Review of Trello My experience”
Pros
The UI of Trello reflects an incredibly intuitive design. It features a builtin automation mechanism that speeds up routine processes. While the base plan limits users to a kanban board opting for the premium version unlocks additional settings.
Cons
While the kanban system may not always be the best choice for project management upgrading is necessary for access to advanced features. Additional layers may be required to bring order to Trello especially in multistep processes or when dealing with more than a handful of colorcoded labels. Managing becomes challenging as projects expand.

“Easy to use but easy to forget to maintain”
Pros
The utility of separate project folders is valuable and the color coding catering to my visual preference enhances the experience.
Cons
It's effortless to stay on top of tasks but projects can be left hanging. A more sophisticated system template for specific industries would be preferable rather than designing your own.

“The origin of kanbanstyle task management”
Pros
While kanbanstyle task management may have existed before Trello it was Trello that popularized it in my opinion. Strong collaboration features ensure team alignment and the intuitive interface allows quick learning for anyone.
Cons
If premium features are required the cost can escalate quickly with more users but it is often justified.
