Trello proves valuable for its simplicity making it a suitable choice when involving nontechnical individuals in task tracking. It is also effective for highlevel tracking of various projects without requiring excessive details. The intuitive process of color coding and changing task priority by dragging and dropping adds to its userfriendly nature.

Cons

Additional integrations would be helpful. Moreover it appears that to fully leverage the system upgrading your account is necessary. Although it's easy to use as your project grows with numerous tasks Trello can transition from simplicity to being overwhelming necessitating the use of an alternative.

Pros

I rely on Trello daily for managing tasks and projects. It's an excellent application that facilitates seamless collaboration among team members. Creating and assigning new tasks is extremely easy.

Cons

I cannot recall anything that has disappointed me while using Trello everything about it is remarkable. I wholeheartedly recommend it to others for project and task management.

In one of our projects we utilize Trello to oversee progress. Tasks are created and assigned within Trello and the workflow board effectively marks tasks as ToDo Doing and Done. Trello's costeffectiveness makes it a preferable choice compared to its counterparts.

There are no significant cons just a need for improvement in the Cards feature as it is not very userfriendly.

Logging into an account or registering takes an extended amount of time. The initial setup of the workspace poses a challenge for new users.

It is not feasible to filter and sort multiple columns simultaneously. Sorting more than one column with a tag filter and date makes it impossible to establish an optimal task hierarchy.
