The kanban view in Trello is truly exceptional earning my admiration from the first time I used it. While it was revolutionary in its early days there are now numerous no-code solutions that emulate its functionality.

“Easy to use and understand”
Pros
Lightweight user-friendly easily teachable to others and flexible in application.
Cons
Functionality is limited without using 'power-ups' and if you need more than the free tier offers it becomes quite expensive. Authentication with Atlassian single-sign-on feels cumbersome.

“Most useful software I have ever used”
Pros
Trello stands out as the most fantastic and practical software I've ever employed for project planning and tracking. Whether it's project needs or utilizing the mobile application its user-friendliness is truly invaluable to me.
Cons
The desktop software and mobile application are both highly user-friendly. However the mobile app's interface is quite heavy and takes a long time to start up. It would be beneficial for the mobile app to have a lighter weight interface for a smoother user experience.

“Simple and effective tool to coaching and tracking of tasking”
Pros
The consolidation of tabs beneath each column is appreciated making it effortless to organize all subjects neatly within each category.
Cons
It remains unclear how Trello handles cross-account creation and management. For example if I accidentally create an account using my Gmail and later attempt to log in with the same Gmail after a year or two will Trello recognize my existing account block me or provide any notification?

“Convenient and straightfoward”
Pros
Three years ago I incorporated Trello into my work as a project manager with a team of 10. It served as a valuable progress tracker and a comprehensive cheat-sheet for year-long projects. Now utilizing Trello for my small-scale company and personal life I find it consistently convenient user-friendly and accessible. I've even recommended it to my parents.
Cons
Customizability could be enhanced. While it works well for small projects it lacks visual capabilities for larger ones.
