The desktop software and mobile application are both highly user-friendly. However the mobile app's interface is quite heavy and takes a long time to start up. It would be beneficial for the mobile app to have a lighter weight interface for a smoother user experience.

It remains unclear how Trello handles cross-account creation and management. For example if I accidentally create an account using my Gmail and later attempt to log in with the same Gmail after a year or two will Trello recognize my existing account block me or provide any notification?
