Pros
It simplifies team project and task management allowing users to visually arrange all their tasks in a logical and easily understandable manner for seamless collaboration.

“Great Product in the Past. Outdated and Clunky in the Present”
Pros
This software allows the creation of Kanban-style cards which are highly beneficial. It has a sleek interface with a wide range of templates available.
Cons
Trello appears to have fallen behind its competitors failing to keep up with the advancements seen in other applications. This is unfortunate considering the vast potential it once had to develop a larger ecosystem. The company that acquired Trello introduced complexity contrasting with its original user-friendly design. Had it continued on its original trajectory Trello could have remained at the forefront of the services I utilize. However the current state of exporting data is cumbersome and the convoluted workarounds required to achieve functionalities that other apps offer naturally render Trello somewhat redundant and ineffective. With the emergence of tools like Roam Research Obsidian and Notion Trello not only lags behind but appears to be heading towards obsolescence.
