“Trello Review”
Pros
Workflow automation in Trello is exceptional. Despite its straightforward design there are numerous automation options that are easy to set up. Butler Trello's automation bot simplifies the process of creating triggers and desired actions. Trello stands out as one of the best project management tools due to its simplicity making it an ideal choice for small teams seeking a straightforward solution.
Cons
Trello's project views primarily revolve around Kanban boards lacking the breadth of other project management tools in the same price range. Moreover unlike competing project management systems Trello does not offer built-in reporting and analytics capabilities out of the box.

“Easy to use freemium project management software”
Pros
It's perfect for low-budget teams like mine that don't require excessive features or can't afford them. The ease of use and understanding make onboarding team members and learning curves seamless. I've been using it for five years now.
Cons
The recent changes in pricing plans have had a negative impact on us especially since we manage multiple clients. We would appreciate more native free integrations. The UX/UI is not as clean or modern as we would prefer and the mobile app tends to be slow.

“Best No-Brainer Kanban Tool”
Pros
The simplicity of Trello's interface makes it incredibly easy to use. Even non-technical users will quickly grasp its functionality. And the best part? It's available for free to start with.
Cons
Trello's simplistic approach is both appealing and frustrating. While it has received updates over the years it may not be suitable for those seeking advanced project management software.

“Trello for task management”
Pros
It's easy intuitive customizable and collaborative offering a significant improvement over non-collaborative tools. Its online availability adds to its convenience and the mobile app allows for on-the-go tracking.
Cons
One aspect that concerns me is that some of the "good features" are not available for free which isn't ideal for students. Additionally there are occasional moments where the performance may not feel as crisp and fast although it's not something that can be categorized as an "error." These instances are more likely related to the browser rather than the server.

“Task management for the busy mind.”
Pros
Trello provides a seamless experience across various platforms making you feel at home whether you use the web app Windows iOS or Android app. You can create multiple columns of cards to handle tasks in your preferred order ideal for multitaskers. Collaboration is effortless allowing you to easily assign cards to teams with specific deadlines and monitor progress. Compared to competitors Trello offers unlimited storage unlimited cards and a variety of custom backgrounds and stickers.
Cons
I miss the ability to export card sets to Excel or other formats natively.

Pros
The software is highly intuitive and we had no difficulties using it. You can create activity windows add members set dates and you're good to go!

“Trello as an personal / work agenda”
Pros
Trello was recommended to me by a friend for managing activities in a WhatsApp group. Once I got the hang of it I could easily organize set tasks and delegate using Trello. I liked it so much that I switched from my physical personal agenda to Trello. It's now easy for me to manage and I appreciate the ability to have others contribute to what I've set up. The feature that allows people to edit and provide feedback on tasks is particularly nice.
Cons
In the beginning I struggled to grasp the workings of Trello and honestly I wasn't fond of its interface. It felt somewhat chaotic and messy. Similarly explaining to my colleagues how to edit and add findings to my work proved to be a challenge. They too were not pleased with the end-user experience initially sharing my sentiments about the interface and the editing process. It gave off an impression of disorganization.

“Easy to understand onboard and implement!”
Pros
Trello excels in terms of user interface. The drag-and-drop feature is amazing and easy to understand and use. Butler with its useful automation capabilities makes work even easier. Collaborating and working remotely is a breeze with Trello. You can have a comprehensive view of a project on a single board and easily identify areas for improvement.
Cons
One issue is pricing. Considering its features I believe Trello is slightly overpriced. Additionally having supplementary boards for cards with numerous tasks would help improve organization.
