Trello stands out as one of the best project management tools due to its simplicity making it an ideal choice for small teams seeking a straightforward solution.

Cons

Trello's project views primarily revolve around Kanban boards lacking the breadth of other project management tools in the same price range. Moreover unlike competing project management systems Trello does not offer built-in reporting and analytics capabilities out of the box.

Pros

The ease of use in Trello both on the web and through their app is highly appreciated. Creating tracking and assigning tasks and responsibilities is a breeze.

Cons

The app could be more user-friendly although the dashboard view is similar to the web version just on a smaller scale.

Trello was recommended to me by a friend for managing activities in a WhatsApp group. Once I got the hang of it I could easily organize set tasks and delegate using Trello. I liked it so much that I switched from my physical personal agenda to Trello. It's now easy for me to manage and I appreciate the ability to have others contribute to what I've set up. The feature that allows people to edit and provide feedback on tasks is particularly nice.

In the beginning I struggled to grasp the workings of Trello and honestly I wasn't fond of its interface. It felt somewhat chaotic and messy. Similarly explaining to my colleagues how to edit and add findings to my work proved to be a challenge. They too were not pleased with the end-user experience initially sharing my sentiments about the interface and the editing process. It gave off an impression of disorganization.

Pros

Trello excels in terms of user interface. The drag-and-drop feature is amazing and easy to understand and use. Butler with its useful automation capabilities makes work even easier. Collaborating and working remotely is a breeze with Trello. You can have a comprehensive view of a project on a single board and easily identify areas for improvement.

Cons

One issue is pricing. Considering its features I believe Trello is slightly overpriced. Additionally having supplementary boards for cards with numerous tasks would help improve organization.
