In my previous company Trello served as an excellent tool for managing weekly sprints related to non-technical teams support and customer success tasks. It proved to be a versatile alternative to Jira offering high configurability intuitive labeling and extensive customization. Now using the free version for personal use Trello helps me manage day-to-day work efficiently and plan around personal life making it a valuable asset.

Unfortunately Trello is not HIPAA compliant which prevents us from using it for our daily work and handling classified information. This limitation poses some challenges.

Until a recent update the number of available colors for labels was limited (around 10 or so). However with the recent update the number of colors has significantly increased allowing for more precise labeling of tasks and cards.
