“Easy to use; quick to set up”
Pros
Simple setup and usage excellent dashboard sharing and access management for different team members.
Cons
It would be beneficial to have a wider range of templates available for setting up different types of dashboards such as retro boards. Additionally stronger user authentication could address privacy concerns for certain organizations.

“Communication between departments in your organization have never been easier.”
Pros
The feature that had the greatest impact on me and my team was the ease of separating projects/campaigns. From there we could assign tasks delegate them to specific staff or departments and provide status updates. Communication became effortless with the ability to comment and tag other team members for questions. Trello has made communication ridiculously easy compared to sending mundane emails.
Cons
Truly there isn't anything I disliked about this software. The only downside is that if not every team member uses it its usefulness may be limited.

Pros
It's incredibly user-friendly. Trello is like the ultimate project management tool that comes to mind for everyone. I haven't met a single person using a PM tool who hasn't considered Trello as their top choice.
Cons
Many important functions require payment but I understand. The free version is already suitable for simple tasks.

“Very helpful and easy to use kanban tool!”
Pros
Even for beginners or startups the free version of Trello proves to be incredibly useful for collaborating with your team. Upgrading provides additional options to automate tasks further enhancing its value.
Cons
As of now I haven't come across any noteworthy cons. However one noticeable difference compared to its competitors is the absence of certain Agile elements like task dependencies.

“Perfect for teams that are working on a lot of things at once”
Pros
Managing tasks becomes simple and straightforward with Trello. It effectively facilitates quick and organized discussions during team syncs even when team members are simultaneously working on different tasks.
Cons
I find that the cards themselves have an overwhelming number of options making it challenging to locate the specific one I need at times. For instance the option to 'move' the card within the card seems redundant since the entire UI is based on card movement.

Pros
It simplifies monitoring each step of the work process reducing communication time. Ideal for remote work across different time zones it enhances productivity and ensures timely task completion.
Cons
It's difficult to praise Trello without acknowledging that everything has its positive and negative aspects. However to this day I haven't discovered any downsides to Trello. It feels like a mission impossible.

“Trello review”
Pros
I derive great satisfaction from using Trello for several reasons primarily due to its user-friendliness and its effectiveness in keeping both myself and my colleagues on top of our daily tasks.
Cons
For our business integrating the software into our office was incredibly easy. My only suggestion would be to provide more customization options for the mobile app.

“Great for Visual People”
Pros
Trello is a visually appealing platform that offers a comprehensive view of projects for those who prefer visual planning and work methods.
Cons

“A great team project and task management tool”
Pros
Trello is an exceptionally user-friendly platform for project and task management. We utilize it to manage projects involving content creation for our online assets such as social networks and video channels. It also serves as a brainstorming tool for our team allowing us to organize ideas on different boards. We particularly value the progress tracking feature in Trello.
Cons
When Trello merged its platform with Atlassian the interface underwent changes requiring us to relearn how to use the collaboration platform. It wasn't a significant issue but we did face some initial challenges during the transition.

“Great product though there is still room for being even better”
Pros
Smoothly moving cards around and the convenient card pop-up feature allow for easy editing without the need to navigate back to the previous page.
Cons
Setting up recurring tasks (tasks that need to be performed periodically) can be challenging since it's not straightforward to define the time period and frequency. Additionally real-time push notifications to alert me when a due time is approaching are not available.
