The ability to have multiple boards is fantastic even though the limit is now set at 10 boards.

The boards are quite narrow and personally I would appreciate the ability to adjust their width. At times my eyesight isn't great so having that option would be helpful.

The feature that had the greatest impact on me and my team was the ease of separating projects/campaigns. From there we could assign tasks delegate them to specific staff or departments and provide status updates. Communication became effortless with the ability to comment and tag other team members for questions. Trello has made communication ridiculously easy compared to sending mundane emails.

Cons

Truly there isn't anything I disliked about this software. The only downside is that if not every team member uses it its usefulness may be limited.

It's incredibly user-friendly. Trello is like the ultimate project management tool that comes to mind for everyone. I haven't met a single person using a PM tool who hasn't considered Trello as their top choice.

Many important functions require payment but I understand. The free version is already suitable for simple tasks.

Even for beginners or startups the free version of Trello proves to be incredibly useful for collaborating with your team. Upgrading provides additional options to automate tasks further enhancing its value.

As of now I haven't come across any noteworthy cons. However one noticeable difference compared to its competitors is the absence of certain Agile elements like task dependencies.

Pros

Managing tasks becomes simple and straightforward with Trello. It effectively facilitates quick and organized discussions during team syncs even when team members are simultaneously working on different tasks.

Cons

I find that the cards themselves have an overwhelming number of options making it challenging to locate the specific one I need at times. For instance the option to 'move' the card within the card seems redundant since the entire UI is based on card movement.

It simplifies monitoring each step of the work process reducing communication time. Ideal for remote work across different time zones it enhances productivity and ensures timely task completion.

It's difficult to praise Trello without acknowledging that everything has its positive and negative aspects. However to this day I haven't discovered any downsides to Trello. It feels like a mission impossible.

The user interface of Trello is highly intuitive and easy to use. I've explored and enjoyed almost every feature with project tracking and task management being the standout. I've recommended it to peers and will continue to do so.

Overall it's the most fantastic tool I've ever used but there is room for improvement in terms of customer service.
