It simplifies task distribution delegation progress tracking and enhances communication within the team. Trello stands out as an exceptional project management tool transforming the way projects are handled.

While there are few restrictions on tools they are modest and diminishing over time. Having tested various competing programs none could match this one.

Pros

Having used Trello for the past few years it stands out as among the top task management software. Trello's simplicity efficiency and integration capabilities with tools like Google Sheets Slack and Zapier make it outstanding. The "Automation" feature is valuable handling complex projects seamlessly. Overall Trello proves to be a superb tool for collaboration.

Trello is an outstanding tool overall. However I have a preference for the "List" view over the default "kanban" view in the project overview screen. Unfortunately there's no option to switch views.

Trello remains user-friendly but the 10 MB file upload limit can be inconvenient. However workarounds like Dropbox or Drive links are sometimes necessary.
