Tagging colleagues is effortless and email notifications keep me updated on tagged project details. The ability to drag and drop multiple cards across lists simultaneously is a standout feature. Creating separate Trello boards for individual projects adds to the ease of handling cards and prevents clutter.

Cons

Trello's incapacity to handle sizable video uploads has posed challenges. When attempting to upload files to Trello cards I've encountered failures leading me to resort to Google Drive and share the link on the Trello card.
