Full featured and great

Pros

It's really easy for me to use and keeps everything I need like chats, tasks, calendar, projects, workflows, all in one place. I also get to set it up in a way that fits how I like to work which makes a big difference. It's definitely a full solution that helps the whole company stay connected and it's super pleasant to use.

Cons

I don't really feel like anything is missing from it. But I'd say for anyone new you might still need to tweak it to fit how your company works best. It's got a bunch of prebuilt flow templates but I still had to adjust some stuff so it fit perfectly. If you can automate things early and really tighten everything up, it'll run way smoother.

An Intelligent and Innovative management platform

Pros

The ability to automate tasks, set up alerts and link or unlink users and workflows is simply the best. Tracking tasks and events on the dashboard is really helpful too and the tag filters make everything even easier for us. Plus mass actions and linking a card to multiple workflows are game changers too.

Cons

Right now it does not support recurring events and even when tasks are prioritized, they don't show up at the top of the daily task panel.

Excellent product

Pros

It is easy to use and simple to organize, I find it perfect for creating tasks.

Cons

Adjusting dates for individual tasks is not as easy as we expected it to be.

Full featured and top notch system

Pros

Ummense software is easy to use and brings everything we need from communication to tasks, calendar, projects, workflows and work all into one place. We can also customize the display to fit our work style. Overall, it is a complete tool that integrates all company departments and the usability is excellent.

Cons

I do not feel like there is anything missing in it. One thing I would point out for future users is that while the tool offers many pre configured workflow templates that can be applied to your business, you may still need some adjustments to match your business model for the tool to serve you better. My suggestion is that the sooner everything can be automated and fully optimized, the better it is!

Everything about it is good

Pros

The ease of implementation and how much it has truly made a difference in my organizational routine is impressive.

Cons

I do not have suggestions for improvement. Maybe allowing 3 people in the starter plan could be a good idea.

Organized and error free

Pros

It's increased how much my team gets done every day. It's helped us keep all our files in one spot. I feel safer about how our data is stored. Now we can track performance and results in real time. It's saved a lot of time. It's helped the team stay focused. We've had way fewer mistakes. It made our processes simpler. We've got checklists for everything so we don't forget stuff. I can see all our projects clearly in one view.

Cons

I don't have any complaints honestly. Ummense has covered all the things we've needed without giving me any trouble so far.
