Pros

Quite simple to learn and great if you wanna organize your team efficiently. It offers transparency for any sort of issues for other users especially tracking issues.

Cons

My access on the platform using an android phone is very unstable. It ends up crashing most of the times.

I have tried so many form builders but the only one that has met my expectations is Userflow. I have created and distributed so many good looking surveys using it.

Free trial is available but almost none of the actually required features are available to test for free. They should give at least a few days worth of full feature trial.

We have given a complete overhaul to our onboarding thanks to Userflow. We even merged it with some buttons and links in our app so its basically a part of our product now.

Segment integration couldve been native otherwise its perfect.

The best feature is also the main one: the flow builder works great and we have several options to design the ways of the flow. Its almost like playing a game with its fun UI.

Some more customization options would have been appreciated especially in the widgets section.

This is the most advanced software I have ever used. It is so user friendly to setup complex user flows.

Cons

For a small company, this software is very expensive. But then, theres nothing out there in the market that is cheap nowadays.
