I wholeheartedly recommend Vepos for their expertise, customer focus, and competitive pricing, making them an attractive choice for businesses of all sizes.

The software excels not only in automatic order picking but also in warehouse management. Its inventory reconciliation, facilitated by automatic interfaces, works seamlessly. Whenever issues arise, the support team is easily accessible. Custom programming is also available for additional requests. Moreover, financial accounting features direct access to accounts, enabling swift accounting processes with the help of AI functions.
Cons
We haven't encountered any issues with Vepos. Whenever an error arises, Vepos promptly responds and provides a quick solution.

The V.Soft software is well-structured and runs perfectly. Its administration and maintenance are easily handled within our company, thanks to Vepos' qualified and prompt support. Maintenance and care tasks are simple and easy too.
Cons
Similar to other software I've used, v.Soft isn't a one-size-fits-all solution. However, some functions have been customized to suit our needs. I believe the v.Soft developers will continue to introduce intriguing features.

The installtion was fast and efficient, accompanied by well-thought-out custom programming. The price-performance ratio is favorable, and the company culture shines through the friendly and well-trained employees who are always available via phone or email to solve problems. We have successfully implemented all desired solutions, advancing our business model in the long run.
Cons
With over 600,000 items to manage, there could be minor structural improvements in the purchasing area, especially for the updates from individual suppliers. It may be possible to optimize the speed as much as possible.

The associated app equips service technicians with relevant information for on-site deployment. The Vepos Academy, although not yet complete, offers video tutorials for employees to learn the software basics at their own pace, making it a highly favored module.
Cons
The CRM functionality is still quite limited, and it takes some time to get accustomed to the document management system.

Cons
