My experience with Viewpoint has been extremely frustrating. It seems that the company faced challenges with a vendor, leading them to release a partially functional system instead of pausing sales. The system is barely usable and lacks necessary features. Despite assurances of a new solution by December 2023, it's now May 2024, and there's still no fix in sight. Modifying permissions often breaks the entire system, deleting permissions and rendering us unable to add or remove any. We have to rely on a representative to make any changes. When reporting this issue, our case was labeled as a software problem, with no immediate resolution. This situation has severely impacted our productivity and progress. I strongly advise against choosing Viewpoint.
