Pros
I have only experienced very professional feedback on both ordinary support and feature/defect handling. The software is very user-friendly.
Cons
From my perspective, the design/frontend has remained unchanged for years and feels outdated. I reckon this might pose a hurdle for some users.

I possess the capability to customize the system entirely, starting from its initial configuration, and I find its design to be thoroughly crafted and meticulously planned.
Cons
I think having some HTML and programming experience could come in handy if you want to tackle more tasks independently.

Pros
Over the years of using the system, I continue to discover new features that help me in my daily work. The system is very flexible, allowing me to configure almost everything to fit how I work with support and in projects. Installing new versions is also very easy with the installation tool.
Cons
There are no cons from my perspective. The customer service is prompt and professional.

Pros
This is an excellent system that allows me to manage support in a way that I can configure pretty much exactly as I wish. Support is excellent and fast, and I have nothing but positive things to say about VisionFlow.

Pros
It is a comprehensive system for me and my customers, and it is easy to start using. It has a high level of availability, and the interaction between me and my customers is superb. There are good opportunities to use it for projects as well as for common support issues. There are great opportunities to adapt it to me as a user, and Visionera is constantly working on improvements and listening to me as a customer.
Cons
While the existing reports are decent, I occasionally yearn for the ability to fashion my own. More flexibility in this regard would be appreciated.

New features are constantly being added, and I have experienced that the developers of VisionFlow really listen to my suggestions. Customer Service is quick and professional.

“VisionProject - The communication software for our organization
Pros
I find it very easy to use, with great functionality that includes Project Management, HelpDesk with an external Support Center Module, Issue Tracking, and Document Management. It also includes Knowledge Base and Discussion Forum functionality, but I am not using that. The support is great. They come back so quickly with replies to everything, which really helps efficiency when I get stuck.
Cons
Personally, I wish there was a reports module allowing me to craft my own reports. Presently, I'm confined to using the system's reports, which are satisfactory, but sometimes I crave the flexibility to customize.
