“VP is a good product with great employees

Pros

The purchasing decision was influenced by one of their representatives but we do not regret anything so far! VP was implemented in our company with ease and its way better that microsoft projects.

So many features and layers to be dealt with. It is definitely intimidating to new users.

I really love the absolute flexibility and customizability of the software. Our needs were unique, and none of the available off-the-shelf software packages could fulfill them.

The softwares high level of customization makes it challenging to fully grip all its capabilities.

Pros

Firstly, The forms, views and point system are easily executed. Also Shift planning is smooth. The VP Portal for our officers, accessible through the web is a great feature. Drag and drop functionality is available in many areas, along with extensive filter options. The calendar view is excellent. Backup and deployment processes are straightforward. It's very convenient for both development and administrative teams. The technical product support is exceptional.

Cons

The implementation of Single Sign On (SSO) has a drawback where the username and SSO identifier are intertwined. This makes it difficult to differentiate between them especially when the SSO identifier is a unique 36 digit alphanumeric value. It results in transactional logging history with gibberish 36 digit values, making it hard to identify who modified the record. Using OAuth for O365 would be a preferable solution.

Pros

I love how flexible the tool is when it comes to configuring the necessary options. Its also incredibly easy to use.

Cons

I wish the connection to the server in VPdesk was faster. Additionally there are a few things I would like the software to do but unfortunately it doesn't have those capabilities. I have already conveyed these suggestions to your team.

We really enjoy using the VPGo app and appreciate the softwares various functions. We also like the customization options when communicating. Being able to see future workloads is valuable to us.

The cursor icon in the form of a little hand can be confusing. Also there is no Windows support for VPGO but I have found a workaround.

The greatest advantage of finding software like Visual Planning for me was its accessibility to new users and those who may struggle with online learning. I was able to introduce my students to Visual Planning and assist them in understanding how to plan their own projects.

I cannot think of anything negative to say about this software so I recommend checking it out for yourself. It has been a great experience using it

When I worked at Haagen Dazs the easy scheduling planner allowed me to know the schedules of my coworkers and receive notifications one hour before work, helping me prepare early. It facilitated better connections with coworkers.

There is nothing I do not like about Visual Planning. I enjoy how organized and effortless it is to use.

Pros

I can not provide a lot of information in this comment about this application since we only tried it out for a week. However its easy to use and I particularly liked the drag and drop feature. Even my business partner, who isn't tech-savvy, found this program appealing.

“Absolutely Exceptional tool to have!

Pros

As an assistant to a Project Manager we used to rely on our own spreadsheets containing basic information. However we decided to invest in software to simplify our lives and Visual Planning has proven to be invaluable. Wehave been using VPS for about a year now and we're immensely grateful for it! It has saved us from numerous mistakes and has helped us grow as a company by allowing us to keep better track of all aspects of our planning.

We have nothing bad to say about Visual Planning. It has been incredibly helpful to us and we highly recommend it to anyone in need of project management assistance.

This system allowed us to gather real time information about resource allocation and staff progress in their training programs. The data we collect helps us implement changes to accommodate the ever changing needs of our business. We can identify trends and proactively plan ahead. It has also significantly reduced the time required for planning and reporting activities within the department.
