Pros
When we recently had to hire a new employee, I relied on VisualTime to streamline the process. Numerous applications were submitted, and VisualTime helped me keep track of them all and write evaluations. Alongside its workflow monitoring capabilities, this tool offers a range of other highly useful features.
Cons
The implementation process can be lengthy and inefficient. There have been instances where when you attempt to update data results in the software, it freezes which force the users to log out and sign back in.
