“Vogsy is the best PSA software for our IT testing company

Pros

Setting up Vogsy was a breeze. After a few weeks of initial setup with minimal customization, we were able to start using it right away. It provided us with a 360-degree view of the entire lead-to-bill process, ensuring that no billable hours slip away and resulting in improved invoicing rates. The software began paying for itself from the start. Being cloud-based and mobile-first, we can access all the data from anywhere in the world.

Cons

The charts are fantastic, but some Google Sheets aren't extremely intuitive to use. Occasionally, complex reports take a bit longer to generate.

Pros

Vogsy works seamlessly on my mobile phone, allowing me to have all the relevant information about my opportunities and projects right at my fingertips. Having an on-board P&L enables me to monitor our performance against the budget from various perspectives, whether as a manager, department, staff, or billability.

Cons

The standard charts don't allow for customizations.

Pros

The planning module and corresponding hour sheet in Vogsy are really helpful. Messages automatically appear as cards with alarms, reminding me to complete any pending actions. The charts presented in Vogsy make it easy to understand the data at a glance.

There are certain cases where we unable to get sufficient printable reports.
