Pros

Vogsy is an application that does exactly what I need. Whether you're an IT expert or a basic user, Vogsy is accessible to everyone. All of our employees use Vogsy to plan projects, track opportunities and log hours. This ensures that all the information is readily available at all times. With the charts and overviews in Vogsy that can be checked on mobile or desktop allow us to make informed decisions.

Cons

In the past, we encountered problems with Vogsy performance wise. But I am happy to tell that they have addressed and resolved those issues.

“Great Software for Project Quotations

Pros

We majorly rely on Vogsy for quoting new projects and keeping track of our agency's overall project load and statuses. Since many of our projects follow repeatable and predictable steps, we can quickly create project quotes using the template feature. Vogsy seamlessly integrates with Google Workspace, providing us with a smooth organizational tool.

Cons

The internal program's "help" functions are hard to follow and often fail to provide satisfactory answers to our questions. It would be fantastic if they could further enhance the self-explanatory nature and usability of these functions.

Pros

For years, I have been hoping for a tool that integrates seamlessly with the Google ecosystem, and Vogsy has fulfilled that dream. It feels like an extension of the tools we use every day, such as Gmail and Google Docs. Transitioning from our previous platform was relatively painless, and our team was up and running within days of deployment.

Cons

I don't have many concerns with Vogsy. It fulfills all our requirements for effectively managing our team and day-to-day business operations. Their customer support team has been very helpful and sincerely considers our suggestions for future updates. It feels like a highly productive partnership.

“Good for task management

Pros

I love how task management is handled in Vogsy. I can see all the tasks in the "to-do" section and when I start the timer, they automatically switch to "doing." Once I complete a task, it moves to the "done" section.

Cons

I wish I could add more comments to tasks. I attempted to leave some comments, but they were cut off after a certain length and I only realized it when it was too late. Unfortunately, what I had written was lost forever.

“Waste of time

Pros

I had hoped that Vogsy would be easier to use than Salesforce, but unfortunately, that was not the case. Although I like the team of VOGSY embrace our company but it turned out to be useful it does not benefit us in anyway. They were not willing to deviate from their ways, and it ended up costing me thousands of dollars. What a mistake.

Cons

The process of handling a job was an absolute nightmare with Vogsy. There are numerous unnecessary steps involved.

“100% automated process from quote to invoice

Pros

Making proposals with Vogsy is a fun task. I simply enter the quote information, and Vogsy generates a quote using a template and stores it in Google Drive. I can then edit the generated Google Doc to finalize the quote. Vogsy sends a notification to my manager for approval, and once approved, it is sent to the contact person via Gmail. But it doesn't end there. After receiving the quote, my customer can digitally sign it, and Vogsy automatically saves the signed quote in Google Drive. With a single click in Vogsy, I can convert the quote into a project, allowing for immediate project execution, including resource planning, time registration, and invoicing. It has never been this easy and efficient.

Cons

As someone who manages multiple projects and quotes, I receive numerous notifications in my feed. But the good thing is that Vogsy allows you to easily disable specific notifications.

“Perfect tool for managing our quote-to-cash process

Pros

The modern UI of Vogsy is impressive. The reports, such as budgets versus realization, are highly customizable and provide valuable insights. Searching for projects and activities is a breeze with the autocomplete feature. The forms are easy to use, and the seamless integration with G-Suite/Google Apps is a major plus. The support team provides excellent service.

Cons

Currently, I can't think of any problems at all as the software is working for us.

Vogsy makes timesheet management and project creation a hassle free task. It's incredibly easy to get started with Vogsy!

The reporting could use some improvement. Specifically, it would be beneficial to display the financial figures in better proportion to one another.

Vogsy helps me manage my actions effortlessly by presenting them on my personal feed and sending reminders for pending tasks. It's great to have such a convenient personal assistant keeping me up to speed!

Cons

If you're working on a significant number of projects, you might receive an abundance of notifications in your feed. To avoid this situation, you can disable specific notifications in Vogsy. It only takes a little bit of time to take care of this.

“VOGSY is easy and fun to use

Pros

Filling in my timesheet from my personal planning is very easy with Vogsy. I also like the clear visibility of the actions I still need to complete. Additionally, Vogsy provides informative charts.

Cons

So far, I haven't encountered any issues with this platform. So I can't think of a single one.

The user experience in Vogsy is excellent. The boards displaying my KPIs are easy to navigate and highly effective. Checking and controlling all my actions only takes me 10 minutes per day. The reporting features are user-friendly, and I mainly like the integration with Google Sheets, which provides flexibility. Vogsy feels like a social platform, making collaboration with my colleagues effortless. And on top of all that, it's fun to use!

Sometimes, I don't understand why certain items appear in my timeline.

The homepage in Vogsy known as the Vogsy feed, displays cards with relevant actions and updates about projects that are assigned to me. From the homepage, I can quickly handle pending actions such as approving a purchase invoice. The search function is fast and easy, working similar to Google.

Cons

There are instances when I receive an update that I have already seen and marked as ready.

Vogsy offers all the benefits of G-Suite, and its activity stream provides real time and up-to-date project data. This helps us keep track of projects for both colleagues and customers.

Occasionally, I receive too many notifications in my feed and they keep coming until I take action on them.

Currently, the performance doesn't always meet expectations. It's not a significant problem at the moment, but it could become one as more customers join. I am unsure how Vogsy will scale in this regard.

Vogsy truly supports the flow from opportunity to invoice (P2P). It's user-friendly and straightforward to implement.

It leaves several steps and actions open to the user, which means it's not always sufficient for enforcing specific steps, actions or options that we want users to follow.

Vogsy's ease of use allows us to have complete control over our projects, with transparent planning, budgets, progress and results.

Every now and then, I come across a feature that doesn't align with our workflow. However, the Vogsy team has been very helpful in assisting us and adapting the software based on our valuable feedback.
