Pros

It is simple to use and set up. Also this program can be used for various planning purposes which makes it really versatile.

Cons

I feel like it would be nice to have some additional filter options for searching. Also the planning board could have a more compact version.

Unlike physical planning, we can access our schedule from anywhere which makes it so much more suitable for us. Plus making last-minute changes is really easy, saving us time and reducing stress.

Cons

The speed of the package can sometimes slow down especially when we look at a longer time frame like a month.

The Exact integration works perfectly. Now you only need to use one work order which means you do not have to fill in the same information repeatedly. Overall this helps us prevent errors and reduces unnecessary work.

You have to invest our own time and effort into using it. But the good thing is that this is communicated upfront though.

I love how I can use vPlan for so many different purposes from managing the actual production process to organizing our social media calendar, handling the creative process, tracking the sales funnel and much more.

Cons

It has many automations but it does not always offer exactly what I need. That said they do allow you to suggest features on a forum so they might add it in future updates.

We have been using vPlan for a while now and it has given us great insight into the planning and progress of our projects. We know exactly who is working on what and where we might be lacking capacity. Overall I highly recommend it.

To be honest we have not found any issues so far. Everything from communication to execution, runs smoothly and professionally.

vPlan makes everything easy for us. Everything is not simple to plan, allow us to stay organized and boost productivity. Also the integration features are excellent and the customization options make it a perfect fit for any business.

The user interface could be improved to make it more visually appealing. We also need more support from the internal team and the pricing seems a bit on the higher side.
