“the perfect tool for managing workflow in smaller project teams
Pros
The automatically generated weekly reports, analyzing the teams progress on tasks and overall performance indicators significantly aided my role as Team Lead. The reports are conveniently sent directly to my email, allowing me to review them over the weekend without the need to log into the software. This enables me to assess the past week and plan for the upcoming one.
Cons
Weekdone focuses on a few specialized features and executes them well. However for more complex project teams and workflow systems it may not perform as effectively.

“Helps you manage your OKRs
Pros
Weekdone proved to be a user friendly solution that perfectly matched the concept of OKRs. When I discovered OKRs, I was eager to implement them with my team, and Weekdone provided the ideal software tailored for that purpose.
Cons
I found great value in the OKR goal setting features of the software but I struggled to integrate the weekly meeting and 1:1 functionality into my team management approach.

“Get it done on time
Pros
The software has greatly assisted our team in staying on top of the project. Since its highly specific to each case and has strict deadlines we need the ability to work on the project 24/7 to ensure timely changes are made.
Cons
Teaching the program to the new project partners was a bit challenging as they lacked the intuitive skills for this software. However they caught on fairly quickl although we can be demanding which might have been intimidating for them.

“Not sorry to see us go
Pros
Since 2017 we have been utilizing Weekdone. It is a cost effective and automated alternative to Rhythm. We are highly satisfied with its OKR capabilities which we employ for quarterly and yearly planning, as well as day to day execution and supervision. The software has greatly facilitated our weekly management committee meetings and employee feedback.
Cons
The software does not have a KPI feature. During the pandemic when we were on the verge of bankruptcy, we requested a temporary rebate or deferral. but Weekdone was unresponsive and disconnected us when we could not make our yearly payment during the peak of the crisis.

“A good SW to start working with OKRs
Pros
The softwares ease of use and intuitive interface along with the helpful and clear dashboards and tree view visualization, provide excellent support. The Weekdone consulting team offers timely assistance, efficient workshops and a personalized approach.
Cons
There are some inconveniences with writing and editing OKRs such as the inability to undo actions and the lack of saved versions in the history. Sometimes issues occur when editing comments or requiring a page reload. Additionally, there's no bi-weekly check feature or customization options to accommodate 1to 4 week sprints. Furthermore it would be beneficial to assign weights to Objectives not just KRs.

“Goal tracking becomes easy
Pros
When searching for a simple and affordable solution to manage my goal progress I stumble on Weekdone. It fulfilled all my requirements without any additional frills.
Cons
The software is primarily focused on a weekly basis. If you prefer a monthly approach with reports it may not be the right fit. However, I find it easy to switch and track progress from week to week.

“Great tool to define and monitor OKRs
Pros
One of the best features of the software is the ability to define OKRs at different organizational levels and link them to weekly tasks. Unlike other apps that offer either OKRs or weekly tasks Weekdone combines both providing a comprehensive solution.
Cons
The user interface is somewhat difficult and not very easy. It took me a considerable amount of time to become familiar with it and understand its various features. There are still some bugs that need fixing.

“An organization-wide to do list!
Pros
Weekdone is an incredible tool that helps teams visualize their future plans and track their progress towards achieving those plans. We utilize the platform to break down our quarters tasks into weekly tasks, linking them to our quarterly objectives and setting due dates. It's convenient to tag colleagues, add comments and attach files for easy sharing across the organization.
Cons
The weekly reporting can get a little overwhelming and there are certain elements that are unnecessary such as the weekly job satisfaction scale.

“Value for Team members that translates to Value for management
Pros
Personally Weekdone simplifies my weekly planning, prioritization and ensures I am working on tasks that contribute to my quarterly goals. Setting up my weekly plan is also a smooth process. For my team it facilitates productive discussions about their work, goal tracking, and identifying areas where support is needed. HR mandated sit downs for quarterly, semi annual, or annual reviews seem unnecessary because we're always in sync and I can easily document our alignment.
Cons
I wish they had a feature for recurring events/tasks although I understand that it goes against their design philosophy as recurring events often don't contribute significantly to company or personal objectives. Nonetheless since it serves as my weekly planner, there are recurring tasks that I must include.

“Weekdone continues to improve
Pros
Weekdone eliminates the burden of weekly planning overhead. It is great for individual users with a free version available. I am confident that the team functions would be equally useful. Even though I have not tried them. Mapping results to OKRs facilitates generating comprehensive year end reports for reviews. The Weekdone team consistently adds functionality without compromising key features or making the software bloated. They deserve commendation for achieving this balance.
Cons
I wish there was an option to export the weekly report in a more visually appealing format for email. Currently the options are limited to PDF, XL or an HTML formatted version emailed to you. Managers often want to copy and paste results from your weekly report into a group report, and Weekdone doesn't make this task easy unless the entire group uses Weekdone.

Pros
Tracking and visualizing the progress of my own goals and the teams and companys OKRs become very simple with Weekdone. The graphs provide a comprehensive overview of achievements and progress.
Cons
It takes some time to get accustomed to the software as it offers numerous options for assigning, rescheduling and adjusting goals. I have not utilized the 1:1 modules or weekly tasks yet.

“SLOW SLOW SLOW
Pros
Overall the UI of Weekdone is well designed and I strongly believe in using OKRs software to enhance team performance
Cons
The performance is very slow. When you click to create a new item it takes a few seconds for the pop up to load. They really need to work on improving the apps performance. The developers should be ashamed to provide such a slow experience that negatively impacts the overall user experience.
